The issue in GetHuman-bmailb's own words
I am on *st ave and Madison in Seattle and contact driver. He tells me to walk to a street I can not see on my map and I tell him so.*He then tells me to walk up the hill to *nd ave. I did. I tell him I am at Madison and *nd ave and he tells me again that the area is closed due to construction. There is no construction and plenty of cars driving around. I’m addition the Uber app showed * cars driving on *st ave. I could barely understand his English and at this point felt there was no way for us to connect and told him so.*He offered no directions nor any reasonable explanation as to why he could not come to me. I do not see why I should pay anything for wasting my time and aggravating my wife and daughter
GetHuman-bmailb did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
