Left my phone in an uber last night. Tried to contact Phillip to get it back. In order to sign in, I put in my email address and password. Then I was confronted with a request for a * digit code. The old one I wrote down did not work. And the only way to get a new * digit code is for it to be texted to my phone, which I cannot do because I left the phone in the Uber. Pretty dumb system on your part. If I have a password, why bother with a new code????????? That apparently constantly changes. And not give me an option to get it sent to my email address so I can access it on my home computer. I mean really. How could you folks not think this through. And then I tried to phone and both numbers dropped me. **Driver was Phillip, and the trip was **:** am from Downtown San Diego to my home on North Mountain View Dr.**So, I want my phone back please.
