i just received a email from a gethuman this is not working you need a real human being to answer all these questions that the driver and customer need. This is not the way to do business with a customer as i said they better come with another way of communicating . The corporate office in charge has to start a live customer service work out the quirks that are not working for the driver and the customer. The company in charge has to focus on setting up a real person to talk to and a real number to contact or this will never work. On a scale on * to * i give it a below a * and that is real bad like i said i was and still am a professional customer service consultant i know what i am talking about i train people on how to interact with the public. And to do that there has to be a contact person to talk to so that the business can become a professional instead of a broken business that can't get this off the ground.
