Two separate issues which, together, wasted ** minutes of my time. First I requested a ride which was accepted quickly. The driver, George (plate *: *****X), told me after I was already in the car that he didn't want to go to my destination and proceeded to cancel on me. I got out and requested another Uber. This driver, Shaw (plate *: Z******) accepted and was * minutes away. She waited until she was * minute away from my pickup spot to cancel on me. If a driver doesn't want to take me to my destination they need to cancel immediately instead of accepting and wasting my time before cancelling.**The second problem was with the third driver, Ron (plate *: AS*****), who I waited **-** minutes for. When he got to my pickup spot, I saw that he was not trying to pull over but he had to stop at a light so I walked over to his car anyway. When I got in his car I showed him the app on my phone which listed his name and car as my driver but I could see that the app on his phone showed he was picking up a different rider and he was unable to pull up my trip information. He apologized and said the app must have cancelled for him by accident and that it had happened before. I could not request anymore rides because the app still thinks Ron is en route to pick me up and that was ** minutes ago. I'm beyond furious and it only makes it worse that I cannot talk directly to a customer service rep and instead have to type all this out.
