The ride was accepted by one of your drivers DK in a Toyota Highlander GURU** who indicated that the pickup time would be * minutes from the time I made the call. However after waiting for several minutes he called me back and told me that he would not be able to pick me up until ** minutes after. I explained that I did not want to wait that long and that he should not have accepted the call and cancelled if he knew he would not be able to pick me up at the time he stated. I explain to him that I was getting off from work and did not want to wait. However, he hunged up the phone on me. I waited for approximately half an hour and was not able to do anything in terms of an alternate ride with Uber since the app indicated that I was already on a ride. **I will therefore not be paying the charge of $*.** for the canceled ride with Stanley - Toyota Camry - T** ****C. Please therefore credit back the $*.** that was debited to my bank account.**This was indeed extremely poor customer service from DK your driver and ultimately Uber.
