Get a package delivered in * days ... I sent a package out for two day delivery and it was * days before it was delivered. I paid **.** for the two day delivery. I was told I couldn’t get refund because it wasn’t priority mail. Excuse me but what does * day delivery for **.** mean. If I would have known I wouldn’t have paid so much money to send for * day delivery.
It was like oh well so what it’s the policy but that’s not what the signs say.
I want my money back!
My husband works out of town and I have to send things all the time.
I’m calling the Better Business Bureau

My issues were not fixed! I paid **.** for a * day delivery that wasn’t delivered in * days it was * days. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because it wasn’t a priority pkg but I paid for a * day delivery. Unbelievable how this was done!! Contacting BBB.
