Tracking number **********************:*Delivery was attempted on Dec *, but it says "No Access to Delivery Location". This is ***% false. I live in a gated apartment complex, but the mailman has the code to get in - he does it every single day*At that point, we did a hold request so that we could pick up at the post off. We received the confirmation number of USR*********On Saturday, December *, we went to the post office to pick the package up. The clerk said, verbatim, "I don't see it on the shelf", yet she never looked. She just stood there looking at us.*On December **, I attempted to reach out to @USPSHelps on twitter. *B.B. responded saying they reached out to the station and that I would received a call within ** hours. Nobody ever called. When I let @USPSHelp know, I never received a response*After several days of sending them messages asking for a response, *S.H. responded on December **. They said that the PO couldn't honor the hold request because of an insufficient address.*Sure enough, it went from "No Access to Delivery Location" to "Insufficient Address," which makes no logical sense*On December **, the package was apparently returned to the sender*Common sense says that on Dec * when we went to pick it up at the PO, the package was there. The clerk was too lazy, dumb, high and mighty to do her job and get it*This package was something that I needed for a work project that was due yesterday, Dec ***As a result of, essentially, not doing my job, I was written up and place on probation*All of this because the employees at the PO have absolutely no desire to provide customer service*Tracking numbers ********************** and ***********************Both were "delivered" yesterday and put in a parcel locker because they're too big for my mailbox*Inside my mailbox was a key to open the parcel locker*When I unlocked the parcel locker I was astonished to see that it was completely empty*Nothing was delivered to me
GetHuman-donelamj did not yet indicate what US Postal Service should do to make this right.
