If your package had the wrong city on the address and was delivered to an incorrect location, it's the sender's responsibility to correct it since they initiated the shipment. They would need to contact USPS and provide the correct address. If you've already spoken to the sender and they've agreed to fix the problem, the necessary changes should be underway. In future, always ensure to provide accurate address information to avoid any difficulties with your delivery. USPS will attempt to redeliver it once the issue has been resolved by the sender.

If your package has been delivered to the wrong address, please check first the delivery notice for any error. Sometimes, a package is marked as delivered before it actually arrives, often a day or two before. If days have passed and your package is still not with you, inquire with your local Post Office immediately. If the package is still untraceable, you may want to ask your neighbors if they've received it by mistake. If the package is not found, you can claim your loss through USPS Package Inquiry section or by filing a claim with postal insurance, if covered.

If your package is missing, you can file a claim or request a refund through the US Postal Service's website. You'll need to provide your tracking number and some additional information about the package and its contents. You can also fill out a Missing Mail Search Request if your package has not arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date. This initially begins a tracking process, but can lead to an official investigation if the package isn't found quickly. Please note, however, due to high volume of requests, response times may be slower than normal.

First, check around your premises, with neighbors, or with anyone else who may have accepted the package. Also check your mailbox and any safe drop areas. If you still can't find your package after 24-48 hours, you may want to report your lost mail to USPS via their online portal, as sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually reach their destination. Also, remember that filing a claim is an option if your item is insured.

We apologize for the inconvenience, however, to pay for your PO Box online, you should log in to your USPS account. From the dashboard, you will find the link for 'PO Boxes' under 'Manage Your Account'. There, you can select your PO Box and choose 'Renew'. This will lead you to a page where you can process your payment. If your PO Box was closed due to non-payment, you need to visit your local post office in person to reopen it. They may reassign you a new PO Box after you've paid any delinquent fees and the fee for the upcoming period.
