I shipped an item flat rate. Paid the flat rate postage rate. The addressee when picking up the item was charged $**.**, in which I reimbursed to have the package released and given to them. I would like to know why there was an extra charge and how do I get my funds returned. Also, my eBay account is setup that if there is ever a discrepancy in shipping, that my account is billed and the person receiving the package should never be asked for a dime. **The tracking number for the item packaged with a medium flat rate box is: ************************I also have a photo of the receipt for the $**.** charged if needed.
