Hello USCIS Officer, Good afternoon! I have filed I-*** for my wife on **-**-**** (at CSC) while I was permeant resident and I became Citizen on **-**-**** and requested for upgrade. On **-**-****, my case transferred to Nebraska and since then I haven't heard anything from there. According to CSC processing time, they are processing June * ****. My original receipt was June * ****, so, can I put an inquire about a case outside normal processing time?
