This is based on forms attached i-*** and i-***(*):****I-***(*) is the form you sent me via email, it is formatted differently from I-***. I-*** has * pages while I-*** (*) has * pages, also I-*** was updated in ****, while I-***(*) was updated ****.***To be on the safe side I went ahead and completed both edition of the forms.***These are questions I need help with in completing**Part * ques ** it asked for a*Travel document number, what is that and where may I find it?**Part * ques **a it asked for*Nonimmigrant status, it only allows*me to chose either B* or B*, which should i enter?**Part * ques * asked if I am an applicant for an*immigrant visa,*should I choose yes or No?**Part * ques ** I don't know how to answer that one and either answer requires additional info providing evidence in source of income etc.
