As an employer representing a church and looking to sponsor a beneficiary from Venezuela, I have encountered challenges filling out form I-134A. Some questions on the form do not seem to apply to a church sponsoring rather than an individual. I sent an email to USCIS yesterday about my case and adding dependents. I'm Kamil Bagautdinov, A[redacted]40, seeking to include my spouse, Victoriya Bagautdinova, and step-son, Dmitry Shishkin, for 1.5 years. I signed the updated I-[redacted] on 03/02/[redacted]. The status of my family members is uncertain, causing stress.
I got a notice on October 26, [redacted], that USCIS received my request to add dependents and transferred it to the Los Angeles Asylum Office. However, the notice didn't include A-numbers for my spouse and step-son. My spouse, Victoriya, can't work or drive due to an expired license.
I'm requesting A-numbers for Victoriya and Dmitry and biometric appointments for them to move forward with work authorization. It seems there was an issue in transmitting information.
I've attached my updated I-[redacted], the vetting center notice, and work permit denials and RFE. Hoping for a positive resolution.
