I applied for a Fiancé Visa to bring my partner to the USA for our wedding. We are law-abiding citizens and I am financially stable. Despite understanding delays due to Covid, it's frustrating that after 14 months, there's been no progress on our application with the USCIS. It seems like basic courtesy to update us. Time is valuable to all, and it's disheartening to see others entering illegally while we follow the correct process. Your attention to such matters for all affected is appreciated.

On May 19th, I was informed by USCIS that an RFE for Form I-[redacted] was sent to me, but I have not received it. After submitting an Electronic Request, I received a response stating that the RFE was sent to the address on file and should arrive shortly. As of June 17th, another RFE was supposedly mailed out, but it has been 39 days since the initial notification, and I have yet to receive any documents. I need ample time to gather the necessary evidential documents requested by USCIS for the RFE.

In [redacted], I received my Permanent Resident Card, which I recently renewed in [redacted] by paying a $[redacted] fee. USCIS approved the renewal in [redacted], but unfortunately, I never received the new card even though they claim it was delivered. After contacting USCIS, I learned that if an approved card is not received, a replacement should be issued for free under specific conditions. One of these conditions is that the card must have been returned as undeliverable, which is not my case. As a result, I am left with the option of submitting a full replacement application and paying another $[redacted]. I am hoping to find a fair resolution to this situation.

Hello, my name is Bishoy S.A.M. and I currently reside in Cairo, Egypt. I have not made any efforts yet to obtain an Immigration visa for the USA. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts through the American lottery, I am now faced with a sincere desire to leave Egypt due to the challenges I have endured here. I have encountered significant setbacks and financial losses, making it nearly impossible for me to remain in Egypt. Without any connections in the USA, I seek your assistance in acquiring an Immigration visa and a green card. I implore you to consider my plea and provide the necessary support as I am desperate for a fresh start. I have attempted to reach out through emails and phone calls to customer service to no avail. I am eager for a direct conversation with a live representative to discuss my situation in detail. I earnestly believe in the compassion and efficacy of the USA's system and people. Your prompt response and assistance would mean a great deal to me in this critical time. Thank you for your attention.

I recently received my Employment Authorization Document (EAD) card, but it indicates that it is not valid for re-entry into the U.S. I did not receive the Advance Parole document or a Combo card that would allow me to re-enter the U.S. I attempted to contact USCIS by phone, but was unable to reach a live person. I submitted an online inquiry form, but the I-[redacted] option was not available, so I selected I-[redacted] and explained that I was missing the Advance Parole document. USCIS misunderstood my inquiry and responded stating that I reported a missing EAD card, which is not the case. I am worried about this misunderstanding and would like to speak with someone at USCIS to confirm the validity of my EAD card and to obtain information about the missing Advance Parole document. Kindly contact me to address this issue. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Application ID - LIN[redacted] Hello Team, I applied for the EB2-NIW on January 6, [redacted], and things at USCIS have been progressing smoothly. However, my EAD card has not been issued yet. My family and I completed our biometrics a month later, and my spouse received their EAD card after 8 months on August 6. Surprisingly, as the main applicant, I have not received my EAD card. I received an RFE in October [redacted] and responded in November [redacted]. As my current EAD card expires in less than 30 days, I urgently need assistance in processing my new EAD card to avoid losing my job. Thank you.

I applied to renew my Green Card almost 2 years ago. I have received 2 1-[redacted] notices and a 1-[redacted]-C notice (a biometrics appointment). I completed my biometrics appointment and had it stamped by their office, but I have not received my Green Card yet. What should I do? Meanwhile, I am in the process of buying a house, and the lenders need confirmation of my legal status in the country. How can I schedule an appointment and where should I go to obtain proof of my permanent residency? The loan needs to close soon, and time is running out. Additionally, my mother passed away, and I need to take her ashes to Canada for burial. Can you please assist me in scheduling an appointment so I can take care of these urgent matters? Thank you, Cheryl Sunter.

I am engaged to someone from another country, Kenya, and as a US citizen with a non-violent felony conviction, I am currently on supervision. We have been in a long-distance relationship for 4 months and would like to get married. I am seeking information on the requirements and process for her to come to the US to marry me.

I applied for my new green card a year ago. I got a notification in November that it was sent, but I never received it. I have a locked mailbox, so I am sure no one else took it. I used the tracking number provided, but the post office has no record of it. I don't want to pay for a new card when I already paid for one that was never delivered. I would appreciate a prompt phone call to resolve this issue.

I am preparing to send out my husband's I-90 Green Card renewal application, and I am unsure about the signature section on page 4. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requests his full name (first, middle, and last) when signing the form. While my husband typically uses a unique squiggle for his signature, some sources advise using the full name. There seems to be conflicting advice from CITIZENPATH and the official instructions. I sought assistance from CITIZENPATH but worry they may have provided inaccurate guidance on this matter. I am concerned about potential complications with the application if the signature is incorrect. Can anyone clarify which signature method is correct?

Hello, my name is Winston Perkins. I traveled from Manhattan to Canada to visit my mother for Labour Day weekend, planning to stay for four days. As an expired green card holder, I faced biased treatment from a civil court judge in Canada, who unjustly ordered me to stay due to a non-specific health concern. This judge expressed discriminatory views based on my skin color and HIV-positive status, causing me fear for my safety. Despite reaching out to the police for help, I received no assistance. The medical professionals provided me with harmful medication, and a social worker manipulated me by threatening to withhold my benefits. I am urgently seeking help to rectify this 19-year-long injustice and regain my freedom. Your prompt attention to my case would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I submitted the I134A on January 14, [redacted], with receipt number IOE[redacted]. In February, I noticed an error in my beneficiary's email address. I promptly sent an email to USCIS with the correct information. On April 18, my beneficiary received a confirmation but did not get an email due to the initial mistake on the I134A form. Despite contacting USCIS via email and phone, my beneficiary has not yet received the access code needed to proceed with the application. I am seeking guidance on what additional steps are necessary to complete this process.

Hello, I traveled from Manhattan to see my mother for Labour Day weekend nearly two decades ago. Upon my arrival, I was unfairly brought before a biased civil court judge who ordered me to stay in Canada due to a questionable health issue. The judge expressed discriminatory views based on my skin color, which were solely his opinions. This injustice has affected me for almost 20 years. Despite contacting the authorities, no action was taken. The medical professionals prescribed harmful medication, and a social worker threatened to withhold my benefits if I did not comply. This mistreatment is solely due to my HIV status. I urgently seek assistance to address my situation, as I am in urgent need of help to regain my freedom and seek appropriate compensation. Thank you for your support.

As a mother who is a U.S. citizen, I am concerned about my 15-year-old daughter whose green card is expiring in [redacted]. She had a re-entry permit that allowed her to stay until [redacted], during the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the current unavailability of appointments for returning resident status determination (DS-[redacted]), we are considering applying for a new petition for Alien Relative (I-[redacted]) as we anticipate a potentially faster process compared to waiting for the scheduling appointment.

I submitted an inquiry to USCIS on May 10, [redacted] due to a Request for Evidence (RFE) that has taken over 4 months without any decision. Despite submitting the requested information, my USCIS account status remained unchanged for 60-90 days, exceeding the expected time frame. On May 11, there was a status change on my USCIS account back to actively reviewing the case, which has been in process for 1 year and 7 months. Living in Egypt for over 3 years with recent health issues, including a broken arm and leg from a fall due to high blood pressure, I urgently need to return home for proper medical treatment. However, I rely on my husband for daily care, especially since my mother passed away and my sister is in remission from cancer. I've attempted to seek assistance through various channels like the Emma virtual assistant and helpline, but have not received satisfactory help. Your prompt support is greatly appreciated for my critical medical needs.

I applied for my EAD card earlier this year, and it has been incredibly frustrating reaching out to USCIS. Despite submitting all correct information on my application, my EAD card was returned to USCIS HQ for unknown reasons. I've tried updating my address, calling the helpline 73 times, and submitting 11 requests on the website, all resulting in no response. This has left me feeling helpless as my job and financial stability rely on receiving this card. I have exhausted all my resources trying to resolve this issue. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I had the final interview for my husband's greencard on October 2, [redacted], with the consular officer in Cairo, Egypt. However, we are still awaiting a decision with no request for additional information. It has been over two years since I initially filed and over 9 months since the interview. My name is Laura Levendofske, a U.S. Citizen from Idaho, and my husband is Mohamed Wahba Zaghloul. The Idaho Senator's office has made several attempts to assist us without any clear responses. Will there be a resolution soon? Dear Sen. Crapo, Thank you for your email dated July 24, [redacted], regarding Mr. Zaghloul's IR1 visa application (CRO[redacted]) on behalf of Ms. Laura Levendofske, your constituent. Our records show that Mr. Zaghloul's case is still undergoing administrative processing to ensure compliance with security measures. The processing time varies based on individual circumstances, and various factors can trigger the need for additional screening before a visa is issued. We appreciate your concern and will continue to provide updates as soon as there is progress to report regarding your constituent's case. Sincerely, Immigrant Visa (IV) Unit Consular Section / U.S. Embassy Cairo.

I entered the US on humanitarian parole and have since obtained a social security number and work authorization. As I aimed to include my son on my insurance, I encountered a hurdle due to his lack of a social security number. The local social security office informed me that they couldn't assist in obtaining one for him. Seeking guidance on the rightful procedure to secure a social security number for my son, allowing me to enroll him in health insurance, I attempted to complete a work authorization form. However, an error arose as he is a minor and not eligible to work in the US.

My I-[redacted] was approved on February 23, [redacted], and my immigration petition was forwarded to the National Visa Center on February 26, [redacted]. I got an email from the National Visa Center yesterday requesting me to review my case status. After checking using my case number and invoice ID, I discovered that my case has been transferred from the National Visa Center to USCIS. I am interested in knowing the status of my case. How would I go about returning my case to the National Visa Center?

My name is Ashley Saunders. I need to report an illegal situation in the United States. Someone has taken my baby boy away with lies. For the past 5 months, they have limited my communication with my child. I fear losing him. The person in possession of my baby is his father. I have information that he and his new girlfriend use drugs and have a gun in the house where the baby resides.
