The issue in GetHuman-turtoise's own words
*Z**W*W*********** was not delivered. Proof of Delivery says it was delivered at **:** PM on August **th. We had a guest for lunch that day, and the dog never lets the UPS truck on the yard without barking its head off. There was no truck that day. Proof says "met customer woman" and also that the package weighed * Lb. An electric string trimmer with battery and charger weighs more than that. Please check the GPS coordinates of the delivery and find our trimmer. Thanks!
