I have been trying to get in contact with support for several days now. My package was out for delivery * weeks ago, never delivered, and I have received no updates since then. I have called several times, gone through the automated menus that promise "i can connect you to an agent, please provide the tracking number" only to be told that no one will take my call because of the coronavirus. I am going to initiate a charge back if I do not promptly receive the most basic of courtesies, I need to speak to a real person, asap.
