I am the Site Manager at Yuba City VA Outpatient clinic. Recently, there has been a new requirement to screen everyone entering the clinic due to COVID-19 concerns. Unfortunately, on 03/18/[redacted] around 11:00 AM, our nurse encountered an unpleasant incident with the driver from Yuba City Delivery at [redacted] Plumas Blvd, Yuba City, CA [redacted]. The driver refused to cooperate with the screening, expressed frustration, and hastily left the location, disregarding a package that might have been essential for our veteran patients. This behavior is unacceptable as it undermines our efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and patients. It is crucial for all individuals to adhere to the necessary protocols during these challenging times. I urge the driver to issue a formal apology and fulfill their professional responsibilities with understanding and adaptability. Such actions can have serious implications for healthcare delivery and must be addressed promptly. Thank you.

We've been experiencing issues with our UPS driver leaving packages in the middle of our lengthy driveway. After contacting UPS, the problem was resolved temporarily. Unfortunately, the driver recently refused to come down the driveway, shouting at my husband. Today, he left a package by the road which got soaked and opened due to the rain. This behavior is unacceptable. I had to involve the state authorities in the past due to similar problems with UPS. I hope this can be resolved without needing to escalate the matter. It's frustrating to be treated this way, especially when other delivery companies successfully reach our door.

I am frustrated with Dell's laptop return service. The pick-up service has been problematic with inaccurate reports and multiple cancellations due to form errors. Despite having my package ready since Tuesday, two attempted pickups were unsuccessful - one because it was not expected and the other due to a no-show from the agent. UPS claimed payment was required for the pickup, even though the Dell label is prepaid with a tracking number provided. This experience has been time-consuming and aggravating, unrelated to current events. I am looking for assistance in resolving these issues as the process seems overly complicated and inefficient. Hello, I am reaching out regarding a package with tracking number 1Z302E[redacted]70 that was delivered to my address on 3/18/[redacted]. I suspect I may have been scammed as the item I received was not what I ordered from an eBay seller. Despite eBay showing the package as delivered, I did not receive it. I kindly request an email confirmation stating that this tracking number does not correspond to a delivery made to my address. During a conversation with a UPS representative, I was informed that the package originated from the East Coast to East Haddam instead of the expected West Coast origin. The sender's name was unclear due to a poor phone connection, possibly something related to the color blue. As a resolution, I need UPS to confirm that the package linked to this tracking number was neither addressed to me nor sent by the seller in California. I have encountered issues with the UPS delivery drivers not properly delivering my packages. Twice recently, they failed to deliver my Amazon.com package today and did not pick up a return from Amazon.com last Friday. Instead of knocking on my door, they simply left a return slip under my welcome mat. Despite my family of 7 being home for the past two weeks, no one heard them knock, unlike when FedEx, Amazon delivery, and USPS successfully deliver our packages. I contacted UPS customer service last Friday but have not received the promised call back or email. Today, when I called again, a representative assured me that the delivery driver would return to pick up my return. I hope he will also deliver my package. I attempted to catch the attention of a UPS driver in my neighborhood around 11am, but he did not stop. I hope this was not the same driver responsible for my packages. The tracking number for the pickup package is 1Z55AY[redacted][redacted] and the drop-off package Tracking ID is TBA[redacted]00, both from Amazon.com.

I reside at a property with two homes sharing the same address at [redacted] E. Telegraph Road, Santa Paula, CA [redacted]. My house is located at the rear and can be accessed through a gate and across a railroad crossing. Despite clear delivery instructions on my shipping labels stating "DEL TO REAR HOUSE; THRU EAST GATE; CROSS TRACKS; TURN RT," the drivers consistently deliver my packages to the front house porch. Please contact the Ventura, CA terminal to ensure drivers adhere to my delivery instructions and deliver packages to the correct house. It would be helpful to have a system in place to flag addresses with multiple residences so drivers can follow special instructions on the label. I have a deck box by my porch for package deliveries. On April 1st, [redacted] at 1:15 pm, a truck sped down my street, turned back, and stopped in front of a neighbor's house with its doors open. The individual inside was playing loud rap music with explicit language. Despite not wearing a UPS uniform, he got out of the truck, went up the steps, and then left abruptly. Our neighborhood, predominantly African American with Hispanic and Asian minorities, consists mainly of senior citizens who are currently self-isolating due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The offensive lyrics and cursing in the music were disrespectful and concerning to all of us.

I shipped my belongings to Ashland, VA while working for a company in Sherman, TX. Although Siemens Energy uses UPS, I prefer FedEx. Unfortunately, not all my items made it back to Sherman, TX. UPS is asking for payment paperwork from the "shipper," which is me, but they are only processing one package. The tracking numbers are 1Z303VOR13 3[redacted] and 1Z303VOR13 2[redacted]. The missing items include my suitcase with clothes, Oakley sunglasses, Bose earbuds, and valuable golf clubs. I need to speak to a representative and resolve this issue. I used UPS.com/ship with the corporate number 303VOR, and now my items are lost. I have provided detailed information on the replacement costs, but UPS has closed one claim due to insufficient information. I am willing to email you the details I sent to UPS and hope to find a solution as soon as possible.

I purchased blue arctic fox hair dye for my daughter's birthday, but it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking number is 1ZA00R50YW[redacted]9. I placed the order on the same day as a shirt from Hot Topic, which was delivered last Saturday. The hair dye has been stuck in transit since March 31st, with updates stating it was in Jackson, MS on Monday and still in transit on Tuesday. We are in Baton Rouge and are eagerly waiting for the package, especially since my daughter's birthday has passed during quarantine, and she was excited about her blue hair.

Tracking number 1ZY[redacted][redacted] shows as delivered today at 1:38 pm. However, the package has not been received. Upon checking the "proof" of delivery, it only states it was delivered but no actual delivery was made. I have attempted to contact UPS and Comcast via text and phone for the past hour with little success. It is frustrating to deal with the current situation involving the coronavirus, Easter, Comcast, and UPS, as it seems like I won't get any resolution until next week. The shipment contains essential parts for my TV reception, which I have been unable to use since Saturday night.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address a recent issue with a package delivery from Norway to San Antonio, Texas. After receiving a notification that the package could not be delivered due to the missing apartment number, I contacted UPS in San Antonio and was able to pick it up from the central warehouse. Despite living in a house and having clear numbering displayed, the package was not delivered as expected. Dear Sir/Madam, I recently experienced a frustrating issue with a UPS delivery from Norway to San Antonio, Texas. Despite providing the correct address, the package was not delivered as the driver claimed there was no apartment number, even though we live in a clearly designated home. This led to us having to physically pick up the package from the UPS warehouse, which was particularly inconvenient during the pandemic. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem with UPS, including requesting to file a complaint against the driver, I have not received a satisfactory response. This entire experience has been disappointing and I believe UPS should apologize and reimburse us for the costly delivery service. I hope UPS can rectify this situation promptly. Hello, My name is Svetlana B. On April 12, [redacted], I purchased a New Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away TruePet Bagless Vacuum NV752 from eBay. My Order Number is 12-04[redacted]2 and the Tracking Number is 1Z3YA[redacted][redacted]. I checked the UPS website with this tracking number and it indicated the package was delivered on April 17, [redacted] at 10:33 AM, left at the front door through a driver release. Although I paid for the item, it was supposed to be delivered to Evgeny P. Unfortunately, he did not receive the package. The security cameras in the building were reviewed by the Property Manager, confirming that there was no delivery made by UPS on that day. They checked the cameras' footage thoroughly but found no record of the package being delivered on the specified date and time to the given address. I am asking for an investigation to determine who actually delivered the package to the address on April 17, [redacted] at 10:33 AM. Thank you.

Our address is 15 Columbus Avenue, Old Lyme, CT [redacted]. Recently, a local driver delivered a package to our front door without alerting us, leading to the package getting wet in the rain. We kindly request that the driver knock on the door or somehow notify us in the future when leaving packages. Additionally, another issue arose when a package with my name was mistakenly left at a neighbor's house, which only has occupants every other weekend. This resulted in the package being exposed to rain until I retrieved it.

A package that was marked as delivered to our address on April 30th at 3:26 pm wasn't found on our porch. After reviewing our porch camera, it was clear that nobody had visited our porch that day. Upon contacting the sender, they confirmed that the package was indeed delivered. Subsequently, we reached out to UPS, who stated that the package was delivered at 3:26 on 4/30/[redacted]. However, this morning a kind neighbor from a house with a similar address brought the package to us, revealing that it was mistakenly left at [redacted] instead of [redacted]. Thanks to our thoughtful neighbors, we finally received our package. Even though the address on the package was [redacted], it was delivered to the wrong house, causing confusion. It's essential for delivery personnel to double-check the correct addresses before leaving packages.

I have heard from multiple sources that my package is on its way. However, upon checking the website, the status fluctuates between delayed and in transit, causing confusion. The driver assured me it would arrive the next day due to an emergency, but it has yet to be delivered. The package was last scanned just three miles away on 4/20. Despite filing a complaint over the phone and being told to expect a call, there has been no update. I am frustrated and tired of the inaccurate website updates. On Thursday, April 30, [redacted], a UPS delivery occurred, and a package was left in a manner that caused damage to my Larson screen door during inclement weather. The package was too large to fit between the inside door and the screen door, resulting in the screen door being ripped from its hinges due to high winds and rain. I received an email from UPS confirming the delivery of my package, but upon checking, it was missing. Despite contacting UPS three times, I have only received one response indicating the package was delivered. Unfortunately, my emails following up have gone unanswered for four days. Examining the UPS documentation, I realized my address was missing, only the city, state, and "porch" were listed. In my attempts to file a claim for the lost package on UPS.com, the form submission keeps crashing, and I have had to redo it multiple times. This has been frustrating, costing me hours of time, wages, and missing out on class material I needed. I have been unable to speak to anyone after calling UPS and just seek a refund for the item I purchased. The lack of resolution has been concerning.

Our UPS delivery person behaved rudely during the recent delivery, which was particularly distressing for me due to my disability. Following the incident, my wife contacted the local UPS facility to report the driver's behavior.
