I encountered a situation today where a delivery driver parked in our driveway despite being asked not to previously. Living on a narrow road with limited access, it is crucial not to block the entrance for even a short time. I guided the driver on where to park for future deliveries, but he disregarded this and parked in our driveway entrance again. When I confronted him, he insisted on parking in front of our driveway, obstructing it. I suggested alternative ways for him to make deliveries without causing inconvenience, but he was uncooperative. This has never happened in our 26 years of living here, and it is important that drivers respect our property. I would like to know how I can arrange to collect my deliveries instead to avoid future issues. Thank you, Gale Lakey.

I placed an order on Amazon recently. This morning, I received an email saying that UPS couldn't deliver my package. I called UPS, but now I just got another email saying the same thing! I've had many packages successfully delivered to my house before without any problems. The tracking number is 1Z6V60W[redacted]6. My delivery address is not an apartment; it's a house located at [redacted] College Drive, Gaffney, SC, [redacted].

Today, a UPS driver arrived at my door. When I heard the doorbell, I thought it was an Amazon package and opened the door. To my surprise, the UPS delivery person wasn't wearing a mask! My husband and I have been diligently staying at home, taking all necessary precautions to safeguard ourselves from the virus. I am shocked and disappointed that your company doesn't enforce mask-wearing and social distancing protocols for your delivery personnel.

I was anticipating a delivery today from UPS, but upon returning home, I discovered there was no package or any notification of a delivery attempt. Upon tracking the package, I saw a message claiming they visited my home and left a note, yet there was no note left. Additionally, there was a notice stating that the package has been returned to the sender. I find this puzzling. My address is correct as listed below, and I am willing to pick up the package at the Hailey location. Please advise on the next steps to resolve this situation. I am quite disappointed as the package contained a Mother's Day gift. I eagerly await your response and guidance. Thank you

I purchased a shredder from eBay, but despite the UPS tracking information confirming the delivery to a specific person on a certain date, I have not received the item. I have checked with my neighbors, and they did not receive it on my behalf. The seller is refusing to issue a refund due to the delivery note from UPS. I would like to report an issue with the UPS delivery driver who services my address and my neighbor at [redacted] Skyline Boulevard, Woodside, CA [redacted]. 1) This morning, I expressed my concerns to the driver regarding the repeated mis-deliveries to both my address and my neighbor's. I advised him to verify the addresses before leaving packages. 2) The driver has been frequently delivering packages to my neighbor's address daily and using my driveway to turn around instead of theirs. I politely asked him to use the correct property for turnarounds, but he responded rudely and misunderstood my request. He stated that he didn't want to inconvenience the neighbor, despite the delivery being for them. Previous drivers like Dan, Cory, and the lady driver never used my driveway for neighbor's packages. 3) The driver refused to give me his name citing union regulations. Kindly reassign a different driver, like Cory, who is familiar with driving in this rural area. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. - Peg L R.

I wanted to express my gratitude towards the delivery person. They went above and beyond by coming to my house, buzzing my door, bringing the package to my doorstep, knocking, and then leaving. Their extra effort was very kind and cool. I truly appreciate it, as no other company has done this for me before. Maybe I misjudged UPS. Unfortunately, I don't have the driver's name, but I can provide the tracking number: 1Z 16A 94A 03 5[redacted]. The package was from Pattern & Sewing Tools in LA and was delivered to Queens, NY, to Ryan Jarman. I would be grateful if you could pass on my appreciation to the driver for the excellent job. I received a notification that my package was delivered; however, the address and recipient's name provided do not match. I suspect this may be a scam and request an investigation. Contacting the sender has been unsuccessful so far. The package, according to the tracking information, weighs 1.2 lbs, but considering the item I purchased, this seems inaccurate as a lawn mower weighs more than 1 lb. As UPS did not deliver the package, I believe a refund of the amount paid is appropriate since my order is missing.

I was run off the road by a careless UPS driver, causing my daughter to end up in the hospital all alone due to COVID-19 restrictions. This matter needs immediate attention. With photos, time, and location details of the incident, I am left with no way to voice my complaint due to UPS's lack of feedback system for driver incidents. I've been dialing 1-[redacted] since the driver's actions, but to no avail. I have the license plate and vehicle numbers from the photos. I am seeking a call from a senior manager today; no emails or messages, just a direct phone call.

I am experiencing a delay in the delivery of two crucial packages that should have arrived five days ago. Despite being assured by a representative that they would be delivered yesterday by 9:00 PM, they were not. The tracking information only shows them as "In Transit" since yesterday at 10 AM in Tucson, AZ, which is the distribution center for our area. These packages contain cell phones, which we urgently need for communication purposes. I have been unable to reach a live person through the UPS [redacted] number, as the automated system keeps repeating that the packages are on their way to me. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and seek a resolution promptly.

I received two boxes of Crofter's raspberry spread, but unfortunately, one box arrived with multiple broken bottles. The jam has spilled onto an unrelated package's cardboard, indicating rough handling. Despite being well-wrapped, it seems the box was dropped severely during transit. I attempted to clean up the mess before and got injured, hence the urgent need for pick up. Amazon has refused to accept the return. I paid $90.96 for both boxes. Hello, this is Ms. Gephart. I am reaching out because my delivery order (1ZX2W[redacted][redacted]) was scheduled for delivery on 5/18/[redacted] around 1:10 pm. I attempted to flag the driver down and get their attention, but they drove off before I could reach them. I reside at [redacted] S Interstate Dr, Sikeston, Missouri, [redacted], and currently do not have a vehicle. To assist the delivery driver in finding my location, they can turn down the side road next to the Break Time gas station, continue past the Best Western Plus hotel, Todd's Towing, and veer right onto the dirt road. At the end of the road, there are two houses - I am in the front brown house on the left side with a trailer parked nearby with trash in it. As I have mobility constraints, it may take me a few minutes to reach the door, so I kindly ask the driver to persist with knocking until I answer. I am eagerly awaiting my package and can be reached at [redacted]. If possible, I hope for a successful delivery on 5/19/[redacted] at 1:18 pm.

Hello, I am contacting in regard to a missing debit card supposed to be sent to Robert O Haynie at [redacted] Underwood St, Nashville, Tn 37[redacted]. The package containing the debit card, intended for his monthly social security check, was reportedly delivered by UPS on April 21 without a signature, but Direct Express claims it was delivered on April 24. Mr. Haynie did not receive it, and this has left him without his social security funds. The tracking number is 1Z6Y0F[redacted]8. We attempted to contact UPS but did not reach a resolution. It seems someone may have committed fraud by intercepting the delivery. Any assistance in locating this package would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently received an HP copier delivery, but I'm disappointed with the service. The package arrived damaged, and the driver didn't even bother to bring it to my door or ring the bell. I noticed him leaving it at the edge of the porch, exposed to possible theft. I don't want to keep the printer as it may have been affected by the mishandling. The driver's lack of consideration for the package's safety is concerning. Had I not seen him, it could have been left out in the rain and gotten ruined. It's frustrating that he seemed in a rush and didn't care about the condition of the delivery. If he had taken the time to ring the doorbell and discuss the damage, I could have refused the delivery upon inspection.

I placed an order online on May 2, [redacted], and used PayPal for payment. According to the tracking number 1Z81V[redacted][redacted], the package was supposedly left at my apartment door. However, I never received it and have checked with my building's front office multiple times, who confirmed no package was left. Due to Covid-19, the office is closed, and UPS supposedly has their own gate code to enter. I contacted UPS and was told the same information about a driver release. I have been trying to locate my package, a video game "Animal Crossing New Horizons" that cost $45.00 plus shipping. Despite reaching out to the sender and PayPal, I have not had a satisfying resolution to my claim as UPS states the package was delivered. I printed a return label from Amazon for a 10x13 rug and dropped it off at UPS in Wichita, KS. After receiving a refund from Amazon, the package was unexpectedly redelivered to my home. Upon contacting UPS, they initially promised a pickup, but failed to follow through. When I contacted them again, they insisted I pay for the return shipping, despite it being their mistake. I was then transferred to a supervisor, but the wait was too long. I simply need UPS to pick up the package that was wrongly delivered to my home. Tracking number: 1Z6V[redacted][redacted].

My order was scheduled for delivery on Friday, May 29, [redacted]. Despite not receiving the delivery or a delivery attempt notice, Amazon and UPS were contacted. UPS informed me the driver was hesitant to leave the package. They advised leaving a note for delivery instructions, which I did as I would be out. Upon returning, neither the package nor a delivery attempt note was present. Tracking stated a delivery try at 2:50 today. I find it unusual for no notice of a delivery attempt to be left.

My package was meant for me but was delivered to the wrong address. The tracking shows it was signed by DD, not me (PM). This rare mistake by UPS has left me disappointed. I submitted a claim after the incident on May 18, but heard no response. It's frustrating as it's hard to reach customer service and my claim isn't visible on the UPS website.
