I rescheduled my delivery from May 29 to Jun 2, but my package appears to be returning to the sender due to an alleged incomplete address, despite it being correct. The address was not modified, only the delivery date. I urge for my package to be delivered without incurring an additional shipping fee. Additionally, I expect a refund of the $5.00 fee for changing the delivery date since the error lies with UPS, as stated on UPS My Choice indicating they erroneously sorted the package, potentially causing delivery delays.

On June 1st, I received a package from UPS but unfortunately had issues with the delivery driver. They left the package by the blue box without giving me enough time to reach the buzzer, resulting in a similar incident the week before where my package was torn open and given to another recipient. This has been my first complaint with UPS as normally I have no delivery problems in my Seniors Building. The driver should be better trained in customer service. Despite contacting their customer service, I did not receive a callback as promised. I am considering informing the Gap about this experience. I am reaching out regarding the delivery of two large boxes. They were supposed to arrive yesterday, on Friday the 5th. I have been monitoring the shipment since it left the sender, and with multiple people at home all day, including my elderly father-in-law by the window, there was no sign of the delivery. We had prepared for the arrival with clear access for the packages, including space in the garage. The delivery was for a sizable bed, and we had rearranged the room in anticipation. However, the status now claims an attempted delivery, which never occurred. I have encountered difficulties with the website, preventing me from adjusting the delivery status or obtaining more information. This situation has been highly inconvenient, especially as our daughter had to sleep on the couch, and our entire day was spent waiting for a delivery that did not happen. Now, the revised delivery date is set for Monday, compounding the frustration caused by this mishandled situation.

I had two shipments - one from Aircraft Spruce with tracking number 1Z 13X W62 03 3[redacted], and another from Stand Up Desk Store with tracking number 1Z 739R 5[redacted]1. Both packages were left on the ground at the development gate in the rain, although they are usually delivered directly to our home's front porch, under cover. The UPS driver did not notify us of the delivery and did not even place the packages in plastic bags. Fortunately, the stand-up desk was unharmed despite being wet, and the aircraft equipment from Aircraft Spruce was not stolen. Our neighbors saw the packages and informed us. I contacted UPS and received courteous phone calls with various explanations. Despite their reasons for leaving the packages at the gate, we expect deliveries to our door as we paid for that service. We have had positive experiences with UPS in the past, but this incident was disappointing. We are informing our vendors about the issue and hope for better service in the future.

I placed an order with Skechers on 5/29. I received an email on 6/1 stating that my order was shipped via UPS with tracking number 1Z813R[redacted]85. The estimated delivery date was Friday, June 5th. However, on the delivery date, the status changed to "ready to go" with no new estimated delivery date provided. The tracking information on UPS shows that the item has not been received from Skechers and is not in the UPS facility. I have been unable to speak to anyone directly at UPS or Skechers regarding this issue. Given that this was a costly order, I am seeking a resolution as soon as possible.

The package has been on the truck for delivery for three business days. However, it keeps going back to the UPS Ontario, CA warehouse in the evenings due to reported emergencies. Despite being just 10 minutes away, it hasn't managed to arrive at my house. I contacted UPS customer service and they supposedly escalated it to urgent status, promising a supervisor would call by 10 am PST today. Disappointingly, I never received the call, and there is no record of the package being out for delivery.

Hello, I need to discuss two tracking numbers that have had unsuccessful delivery attempts. These packages need a signature, but I did not receive a door tag or any further instructions. Even though I was at home during the delivery attempt, I somehow missed it. For nearly a month, my package has been held by Mexican customs in Cancun. I scheduled an Amazon return pickup through UPS. The driver just left my house about ten minutes ago, and I must say I had a very unpleasant experience. He started yelling at me, questioning why I return packages every day, suggesting that I buy things only to return them the next day. This upset me because I recently spent over a thousand dollars on Amazon and have only returned six items. He continued shouting, implying that I return everything, even though he couldn't possibly know that. This confrontation even happened in front of my neighbors as he didn't lower his voice while driving off, which made me feel like my privacy was violated. I have used UPS for years without any issues, but this incident was truly disappointing and has left me quite upset.

Recently, we received three UPS deliveries over the past three days. One package was properly delivered to our house, but the other two were left in a garbage can at our mailbox, which is far from our home and not visible from our driveway. Although the tracking information indicated delivery to our front door, this was not the case. These packages contained ink cartridges, and one was left outside in the garbage can overnight without our knowledge. Given that we have a deck near the house and vehicles in the driveway, it would be more convenient to leave packages in these areas instead of at the mailbox. We kindly request that UPS drivers ensure deliveries directly to the house, rather than choosing convenience over proper delivery location.

I am experiencing an issue with my recent delivery using tracking number 1ZA65345YW[redacted]4. I ordered a patio set consisting of a glass table, 4 chairs, and a 30 lb resin deck box. However, according to the proof of delivery, a 4.9lb package was delivered to my front door. My regular UPS driver usually takes a photo upon delivery, so I am hopeful for more information. The seller provided me with this tracking number, but there seems to be confusion as the tracking shows it came from White Mountain Footwear in NH, whereas my order was from SKara Mall in OR. I have initiated a claim through Paypal, but they indicate the package was delivered. Is it possible to obtain proof of what was delivered on that particular day?

I made an online payment for my UPS delivery using my Visa card. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed that the charge was $12 higher and appeared two days later than the original amount. After contacting Customer Service, they explained that the additional charge was for value-based insurance added during their subsequent billing cycle. Despite providing my contact information during the transaction, I was never informed of this additional fee. I only discovered it when I received my credit card statement almost a month later. It would have been more transparent if UPS had disclosed the insurance charge upfront. Is this a recent practice or a deceptive tactic?

I contacted UPS about a large package to Bethel, Alaska that was received by Brodie on June 15, [redacted]. I am still waiting for this package, and my Scentsy customers are eagerly awaiting their deliveries. Despite speaking with multiple representatives, I have not received any information on the whereabouts of my package. I am looking for a direct number to reach Brodie, the driver, or for assistance in locating and delivering my package. Two smaller packages from the same shipment have already arrived at my house within the expected timeframe. It is frustrating because I paid a substantial amount for the shipment. The tracking numbers for the missing package are 1Z7858FW[redacted] and 1Z7858FW[redacted]. One of the other packages with tracking number 1Z7858FW[redacted] arrived in a packaging envelope. I am currently at work, needing resolution on this issue.

I spent close to two hours on a frustrating phone call with customer service only to learn that my package containing delicate rare plants would not arrive on schedule without any prior notification. I specifically chose this service for its guaranteed delivery timeframe. Although the representatives were pleasant, they didn't offer any new information. If UPS fails to meet the promised delivery time and does not inform me promptly, I would appreciate a refund for the shipping. Additionally, in the unfortunate event that the plants don't survive due to the delay caused by UPS, I believe it's reasonable for them to cover the cost of the lost goods.

Hello, I wanted to share a situation that occurred recently. Yesterday, the UPS driver requested that I hold onto a package for Mike, the Maintenance Manager, at my leasing office. However, due to Covid-19 precautions, my leasing office is unable to accept packages from residents. Understanding their policy, I now realize it was an oversight on my part. Additionally, I experienced a loss as a family member passed away in my apartment. This has made everyone more cautious. I kindly request that UPS arranges for the pickup of the two packages. I have spoken with my leasing office, apologized for the mistake, and assured them that this won't happen again. A UPS delivery person came to my house without wearing a mask, which is concerning to me, especially since I am 74 years old. In Texas, it is mandatory to wear a mask in public spaces. When I inquired about his mask, he admitted he did not have one. As a precaution, I chose not to interact with him directly and requested he leave the package for me to retrieve later. I would appreciate it if all delivery personnel could adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing masks, to protect both themselves and the customers they interact with.
