Make UPS aware that packages are being delivered to the wrong address. ... I want to file a complaint. This is the second day in a row that a package for my house has been delivered to a neighbor. I have a house number on my mailbox one in the driveway with a directional arrow and one on the house. I don't know how much plainer it could be. I don't think it is too much to ask that my packages be delivered to my house. I'm paying for it. So is there a reason that this is being done? Your attention to this matter is appreciated. When I receive text that states the package has been delivered to my address the delivery driver is falsifying information.
Deliver packages to the address on the label.
Have received packages from UPS for years.
I tried their "virtual chat" and eventually got a person but lost connection with them and they didn't call me or reconnect even though they had my number. The phone number that I was able to find was a black hole of automation with limited choices that eventually put me back at the beginning.
