I am totally disgusted with UPS. On Friday, I spent $** for next day air delivery to send a package from Wayne, PA. On Saturday, I told my daughter not to leave her apartment in NY so she would be available for this important package that she needed. NO ONE rang her bill to say they were at the door. I called at * PM to say it was never arrived and was told that they would deliver before * PM. She didn't go to her work holiday party and I called again to say it was never delivered. I was told that I was misinformed and that it was returned to the customer center in the Bronx. They said they would retry on Monday. I told them that my daughter would be at a hotel on Monday and not at her address so they took my number and promised someone would call me on Monday at *:** AM. NO ONE DID. When I called Monday, I was told that they were reattempting to redeliver it to her apartment. I said that no one was there and it needed to be sent to a UPS store near her hotel on Nassau Street in NYC. They said that wouldn't be a problem and that someone would call me in an hour and they marked it urgent. NO ONE CALLED ME. I have been on hold for ** minutes and no one is helping me* MY DAUGHTER NEEDS THIS PACKAGE TODAY.*Tracking number is: *zx***************
