I am frustrated with the delivery service as the packages are consistently left outside without the doorbell being rung. Due to my disability, I struggle with balance and going down steps to reach the packages left in inconvenient locations. One instance even resulted in a package being left on the back of my car at the end of the driveway. I wish the drivers would ring the doorbell for a more customer-friendly delivery experience. I wonder if they avoid it out of fear of being asked to assist disabled customers with placing packages inside the door.

My tracking number is 1ZA8272V[redacted]. I was informed that my package would arrive today. The tracking information indicated it was out for delivery, but UPS missed the delivery window. The delivery date has now been rescheduled for tomorrow, which unfortunately aligns with my previous experiences of delayed shipments from UPS. I have two main concerns: How often will my delivery date change due to the company's habit of over-promising and under-delivering, and why provide tracking updates if the timeframe can be adjusted without considering the customer's convenience? I anticipate a response within 1-4 days after the quoted timeframe according to your company's policies.

My package containing an Apple Watch Series, valued at $[redacted].38, went missing. I suspect it was the driver's fault or it might have been stolen. The tracking number is 1Z2EE[redacted][redacted]. It was supposed to be delivered on Nov 14 and needed a signature due to its high value, but no signature was obtained, and the location where it was left was not specified. I searched for the package around my house on Nov 14 but couldn't find it. The driver's failure to provide the precise drop-off location is concerning. After contacting UPS on Nov 15, they advised me to file a claim, which I did within 24 hours. Despite UPS indicating delivery on Nov 14, their agent said it was scheduled for Nov 15 on their system and asked me to verify again that day. However, I was unable to locate the package on Nov 15. I am reaching out to request an immediate investigation into the disappearance of my package.

The delivery person is incredibly quick like a ninja, quietly leaving packages on the porch without alerting us. Unfortunately, this has led to packages being left unattended for hours, risking food items getting spoiled under the intense Florida sun. I've attempted to contact customer service with no luck due to automated responses. This behavior is new to me, and I'm unsure if I should explore alternatives to UPS for future shipments.

Recently, UPS has been leaving packages on my front porch even though I have a clear sign on my front door, just 2 feet away from where they are left, instructing all delivery drivers to leave packages on our side porch. For instance, on Thanksgiving morning, I discovered two packages left on the front porch from the day before, visible to everyone passing by. These were important Medical Supplies from the VA left out in the freezing weather overnight. This is a new issue as it was not a problem before, and I suspect it might be a new driver. I recently moved to Florida from Virgil but had a package sent to the Cortland mailing address at [redacted] Daisy Hollow Rd., Cortland, NY [redacted]. The package, a fruit basket, sent in the middle of October as a gift from my daughter, was supposed to be delivered there. I live in a gated subdivision with three other houses on the same street. I always make sure to open the gate for my expected deliveries, but recently, the delivery drivers have left my packages at the gate in plain sight from the highway. About a month ago, a package was left at my mailbox on Chelsea Ridge Lane, Columbiana, AL, by a driver who drove down the street. Although I have a curved driveway, it surprised me as I expected packages to be delivered to the house. The recent delivery, left at the gate even though it was open, occurred after 7 pm and was left beside the open gate. This is concerning due to the traffic on Highway 47, and I believe leaving packages exposed like this is not safe.

Our business, Producers Rice Mill in Stuttgart, Arkansas, was closed for Thanksgiving on November 22nd and 23rd. While I was briefly at work, a UPS delivery person arrived at our door. Despite informing him that we were closed and unable to sign for packages since it was not my department, he proceeded to attempt delivery. After reiterating that we were closed and had notified UPS of our closure, the delivery person left five packages in one of our work trucks. The situation could have led to the packages being discarded as he mistook it for a prank. This driver may need further training on following clear instructions for deliveries. I doubt that UPS would appreciate being disturbed on a day they were closed.

I experienced a delivery delay with my UPS package guaranteed by 10:30 am on 11/6 but arrived at 10:47. I contacted the UPS store where I shipped it, they initiated a refund claim promising it by 11/20, which I have not received as of 11/27. Unfortunately, calling for assistance has not been successful, leading to my disappointment. When checking my tracking number, it indicates the refund is not eligible due to exceeding the 15-day period for filing. Disappointed with the service, I seek a resolution promptly as customer service seems lacking. This incident marks the second letdown by UPS in a row. Having previous experience as a USPS letter carrier, I understand the importance of deadlines and refunds for unmet service guarantees. I was at home all day, and the delivery person claimed to have attempted delivery without actually doing so, only sending a text notification. Despite having two dogs that would alert me, they were quiet. When trying to contact customer service, I couldn't reach a human without a tracking number or delivery attempt slip. Upon checking outside, I found nothing, indicating the driver never approached my house. The number on the text message is: [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I missed a delivery that required a signature last night despite waiting at home until 5 PM. I contacted customer service to arrange an early morning delivery, but they couldn't confirm. After being informed it would arrive between 3 and 4 PM today, it's now 4:30 and still no delivery. I've waited two full days for this package, and I'll request my supplier to use an alternate delivery service moving forward due to the sensitivity of the medication to heat and freezing. It seems timely delivery is not a priority for UPS in this case. In addition, the language barrier with the customer service representative I spoke with added to the frustration. I attempted to contact an actual office without success and had to go through an intermediary to reach someone at the Rexburg office. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I made a purchase from BJ's set to arrive on the 30th. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery and found an Info Notice on my door. After multiple attempts to redirect the package to an access point and follow-ups with UPS Help on Twitter, I am still without my package. Despite assurances, the access point has not received it. My tracking information indicates the package is pending delivery. I am frustrated with this experience and want the package delivered to my door without needing a signature. I am also seeking contact information for a manager or corporate contact to file a formal complaint, as I have documented proof of the poor customer service I have encountered.

I recently received an email claiming a delivery was attempted, stating no one was home, which is not accurate as my husband was there, and our cameras show no UPS attempt. I am frustrated because I cannot even call to address this due to issues with your phone service. It is important to have easy access to customer service. I paid an extra $25 to have my package delivered to me yesterday by the end of the day. I contacted UPS four times yesterday and received conflicting information each time. I was initially told it would arrive by 9pm, then 8pm, and eventually, at 10pm, I was assured corporate would call me by 8am, but they did not. I still have not received my package. I called three times today and was assured twice that local corporate would reach out to me, but I have not received any calls. I provided three contact numbers. My phone has not rung once. This situation has caused me to incur late fees and overdraft my checking account. Now the tracking shows my package is in NJ, which is a drastic change from being supposedly on the delivery truck in Omaha all day yesterday. I feel misled and disappointed in UPS and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with package deliveries to my address. Despite living at [redacted], packages are consistently being delivered to [redacted], which is [redacted] houses away on the same street. This recurring problem seems to stem from the delivery drivers not paying enough attention to the addresses. While my neighbor has been kind enough to pass along these misdelivered packages, there was one instance where I lost weather tech floor mats, which had to be repurchased. Just this week, on December 4, [redacted], I had a package of perishable meats intended as a Christmas gift arrive at my neighbor's house a day earlier than scheduled. As a person with a disability, every time UPS delivers, the package is left at my mailbox on the street, easily accessible to anyone passing by. I need all deliveries to be left at the top of my ramp by the door for safety and convenience. Despite the gate always being open and having no dogs, the packages are consistently left far from where I can easily access them, even though it only takes me 8 minutes round trip to retrieve them. This lack of attention to delivery specifics has caused issues in the past, with a medical device left in the same manner on 1/09/17 and not addressed properly when reported. Today, I found a package left at the mailbox, supposedly delivered yesterday afternoon and exposed to rain. The tracking number for the recent package is 1Z1ZA17A[redacted]52.

I had a disappointing experience at the UPS location on Lake Grove Blvd in Cary, NC due to the rude behavior of a manager named Rodriguez. While doing business with a clerk, I inquired about the need for my phone number and was unpleasantly interrupted by her. Despite clarifying that I was addressing the clerk, she insisted on inserting herself into the conversation in a disrespectful manner. When I contacted the store later, the clerk confirmed her name and dismissively remarked that I was likely reporting the incident to corporate. Upon reaching a customer service representative, I was met with unhelpful responses like needing the zip code of the office to proceed. This encounter left me dissatisfied, and I believe it is essential for UPS to prioritize enhancing their managers' customer relations skills. I have been eagerly waiting for a package, specifically a microwave, and only just checked the tracking details. The tracking indicates it was delivered on December 1st at 2:55 pm, a time when we were at home. However, we did not receive it. Our family has never been to Red Oak Tx. Hello, I recently checked my email and saw a notification from UPS about an unsuccessful delivery attempt. The email mentioned that a notice was left, but no notice was found at my home. I was present during the alleged delivery time and the intercom system in the apartment building was operational, so the driver could have contacted me this way. This situation has happened before, and I would appreciate it if the delivery driver could be reminded to make proper attempts to deliver packages. I noticed on Amazon's website that the package is currently out for delivery. When the driver arrives, please ask them to use the intercom system to reach me as I prefer to receive the package rather than having it held at a UPS location.
