I contacted UPS, reported the lost suitcase details, and they initiated an investigation. After no response, I updated the suitcase color to purple during a follow-up call, but there has been no resolution.

Hello. I had a pickup scheduled for Wednesday. I stayed home all day sitting close to my door as I work from my computer at home. I heard someone approach my stairs and anticipated a knock, but then heard them rush back downstairs. Upon opening my door, I saw the driver in his truck driving away. He had left my shipping label in front of my door and left without making contact. I promptly contacted UPS to report the incident. They assured me someone would come the next day. Once again, I stayed home all day waiting. I noticed a UPS truck drive past my apartment without stopping. They circled the garbage area of the complex, slowed down while turning, and then departed without attempting delivery or approaching my door. I recently received notification that my check, originally sent on September 21st but with a wrong zip code, was reissued and supposed to be delivered today. However, at nearly 6pm I was informed that the delivery couldn't be made due to an incorrect or missing house number. After contacting customer service, I was unable to pick up the package from the center as it was past 7 PM. Despite speaking with a supervisor, I was informed that the delivery would now take place on Monday instead of Saturday. I expressed my urgent need for the check to handle expenses like fixing my car and providing for my children. I requested to escalate the issue to a higher level of support but was told no one else could assist me. I seek help to ensure timely delivery of my check.

Today at approximately 1:48 pm CST, while at the intersection of Beverly Ave and Ardmore in Golden Valley, Minnesota, I encountered a driver who exhibited reckless behavior. Despite explaining the law regarding uncontrolled intersections and the importance of slowing down, the driver failed to comply. I honked to alert them, but they disregarded the right of way, leaving me to navigate the situation. I attempted to address the issue with the driver for resolution, including requesting their driver number and ID, only to have them hastily depart. I managed to document the interaction by taking pictures and noting the license plate number of the vehicle involved.

I called UPS to report the issue, providing details like the color (silver), contents (clothes), and opened an investigation ticket. After no response, I followed up with UPS, updating the suitcase's color to purple. They promised further updates in 8 business days but never replied.

I missed the delivery of my package that was supposed to arrive on Monday at 1 PM due to work. I checked the order status at 4 PM, noting it was marked as delivered, but I never received it. Speaking with two UPS drivers in my neighborhood has only resulted in getting the runaround. I had three blouses in that package valued at $26 each, and I am frustrated with the lack of information from UPS. On Monday, I was expecting a delivery from UPS. When I checked the status, it indicated that the package was delivered to my apartment, which it was not. The tracking number is +54-[redacted]. I have spoken to two delivery men in the area in the last two days, but they were unhelpful. I have also contacted all my neighbors, including those living next to me, a doctor's office, and an attorney's office next door, but no one received the package. The address is [redacted] South Broad Street, which has a lockbox outside with a known combination. Despite UPS claiming the package was delivered there, it was not. Despite the message saying a delivery attempt was made, the truth is, there was no such attempt at my home. My son was present, the entrances were clear, and the package could have easily fit in the mailbox. We have been watching the mail carrier deliver across the street, but our mail was not delivered for two days. I understand it's a SurePost delivery, but I would prefer for my package not to transition to USPS when it reaches the UPS facility near me. I'd like to collect it from [redacted] Wayside Avenue in West Springfield before it moves to USPS. This would be more convenient for both parties, eliminating unnecessary trips for the driver and waiting time for me until USPS delivers it. I believe there should be a way to inform the facility at [redacted] Wayside Avenue to hold the package for me to pick up. I shouldn't have to pay an additional fee for this service. Despite contacting the call center four times, the supervisors were not cooperative. I spoke with a supervisor named Tom, who refused to let me file a complaint, citing no issues to address. For the past three years, I have experienced ongoing issues with UPS services since moving from NC to TN. In North Carolina, UPS drivers were diligent about not leaving packages unattended. They would ring the bell, require signatures, and would not allow packages to be left outside. In contrast, the UPS services I encounter in Tennessee have not communicated these procedures. Recently, after a lengthy phone call involving Amazon and UPS, a pickup issue was eventually resolved, only to be followed by Johnson City UPS refusing a return pickup without prior notice. The staff was abrupt, and I was unaware that leaving packages outside was their practice. After years of confusion, a helpful staff member at Home Depot mentioned this instruction. I am disappointed that UPS does not ring the bell or prioritize safe package handling. I request a call from Johnson City UPS to establish clear communication and resolution for future shipments. The comparison between NC and TN UPS services is noticeable, and I hope for improved service standards.

The shipment linked to K[redacted] originated from the UPS store in Honolulu using the recipient's FedEx account. The sender, a sales representative of the recipient, has their address in Honolulu listed on the bill of lading. A few weeks ago, I had tracked the delivery and confirmed its arrival, but unfortunately did not save the details. When I attempted to retrieve the information today, I encountered an error indicating the tracking data was beyond [redacted] days. This is not the case, as the shipment was sent well within this timeframe. After reaching out to UPS chat support, I was informed that the shipment was reportedly returned to Sienna Rose. This raises concerns as the initial dispatch was from Honolulu with my company listed as the shipper on the bill of lading. I possess an image of the bill of lading for verification purposes. These items were defective merchandise returns on behalf of a local store. A proof of delivery between Honolulu and Sienna Rose is crucial to refute any possible claims by Sienna Rose against this store. I require evidence of delivery for this shipment to secure confirmation that it reached Sienna Rose as stated.

I had a confusing experience today trying to figure out why another individual named Wayne signed for my package instead of me, Mike France. The package delivery system seems intricate to me, but even I can recognize the difference between the names Wayne and Mike. While I lack extensive name recognition training, this discrepancy stands out to me. Additionally, my quest to solve this mystery led me to one of the most poorly designed websites on the internet. If the individual behind that chaotic website design still holds their position, I might as well apply since I too can create a subpar web page and could use a job with minimal mental effort required. The tracking number for the package in question is 1Z1982F8YN[redacted]1, and good luck navigating through that dreadful interface to locate it.

I am on my 3rd attempt to have my package redelivered by UPS. Despite being home during the first delivery attempt, the driver did not knock hard enough. I was informed that my package is at the Access Station on Ambassador in Lafayette, which I am unable to drive to due to my disability. After contacting UPS, they assured me that the package would be redelivered on Friday, November 2nd. However, by 6:00 pm on Friday, I had not received any updates despite multiple calls to UPS customer support. I recently had a package shipped from China worth over $[redacted]. The shipping agency did not purchase insurance for the package. The UPS tracking number is 1Z3A2T[redacted]04. The tracking information showed it was in transit on 10/30 with an expected delivery by the end of the day. It was in transit from Baldwin Park, CA, which is not the usual delivery area in my city. However, the package did not arrive on 10/30 and the tracking status stopped updating. After contacting UPS on 10/31, they created a claim as the package was potentially lost. On 10/31, there was an arrival scan in March Air Reserve Base, CA. Despite their efforts, UPS could not locate the package by 11/02 and attempted to close the investigation. I feel like more could be done to find the package, especially since it is a large 33lbs box that should not easily vanish in transit.

I have attempted to contact UPS three times regarding a package delivery issue. Despite being at home, the UPS delivery person did not knock loudly enough, causing me to miss the delivery. I have made two phone calls and sent emails to UPS, but to no avail. I have consistently faced delivery issues whenever I utilize your service. My packages have been misdelivered, returned to the store, or deemed undeliverable due to an "invalid address." Out of the past 5 months, only one package reached me correctly, and that was because I personally intervened at the distribution center ahead of time. Despite living a mere quarter-mile away from the center, there have been persistent problems. I demand improved delivery accuracy when using your service for online shopping. My residence has stood in the same spot since the 1960s, making these errors inexcusable. The supervisor's constant explanation of "new drivers" is wearing thin as a justification, especially when FedEx manages deliveries without issue. What actions will you take to rectify this ongoing issue?

I was expecting my package today. However, it did not arrive, and I received no notification regarding an incorrect address. I waited all day, and now I am informed that I must wait another business day. I was also told there might be a fee if I wish to pick it up. I find this unreasonable. I request that my package be redelivered in the morning as a phone call could have clarified the unit number. My full address is provided in all my details, so I am unsure why it was missed by UPS. In the past 3 to 6 months, UPS has repeatedly delivered my packages to the wrong neighboring address instead of my business's garage at 161B Brennan Concourse, Bayville, NJ [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to address this with the Lakewood, NJ UPS location and explicit instructions on shipping labels, issues persist. Recently, 2 packages marked as delivered were found severely damaged on a neighboring stoop. This ongoing problem has resulted in over 20 missing packages. Unlike UPS, FedEx and USPS consistently deliver to the correct address without issue. Urgent action is needed to resolve this recurring problem and ensure timely and damage-free deliveries for my company. The substitute driver who delivered my package was different from my usual driver. Despite my clear driveway access, he parked at the end and did not come to the door. I had to go out in the rain as he remained seated in the truck. When he finally handed me the package to sign, I politely asked if he could bring it closer due to my MS condition. He refused and mentioned not going off the main road, blaming it for previous missed deliveries. The package appeared mishandled with visible damage. This left me carrying the heavy package and two more boxes up the driveway in the rain.

The driver who delivered my package today was not my usual delivery person. He was younger and quite rude. Despite having a clear, open path to my front door, he parked at the end of my driveway and remained in his vehicle. After waiting for a few minutes in the rain, I had to go to him to collect my package. When I asked him if he could bring the package closer to my door due to my MS condition, he dismissively said it wasn't heavy and refused to move closer. He also mentioned that he doesn't deviate from the main road. As he drove off, I noticed my package had been mishandled and there was a large gash on it. I had to struggle to carry the heavy package and two additional boxes up my driveway in the rain.
