On one occasion, when I brought in a package to be shipped, he was rude and even made it seem like an inconvenience to help me. Another incident involved returning a package, and despite my efforts to cooperate, his dismissive attitude persisted. His behavior towards customers and his inefficiency in handling simple tasks like taping packages have made me reconsider using this UPS location. I have heard similar complaints from others, suggesting that his conduct is a concern. It is disheartening that such behavior is tolerated, especially if he holds a position within the union. I have been waiting for a return call, but no one has contacted me yet. My package from HSN was sent on July 31st and was only delivered on Saturday without any prior notification. I had to call HSN myself to find out the package had been delivered and placed in a locker. As a petite individual, I struggled for 45 minutes, trying to retrieve the package from the tightly squeezed locker with only a quarter-inch clearance on each side. I was left to figure it out without any explanation or apology from the delivery personnel. I even left a note for them to deliver the package the next day when I would be home, but the instructions were not followed.

This is an ongoing issue with the UPS driver since August [redacted]. I have contacted UPS twice, and my husband even visited the UPS office in Cordelia, CA to address the problem. Recently, a package was left 12 feet from the street, leading to a confrontation where my husband used inappropriate language due to the delivery of a heavy package to our granddaughter. Since then, packages have consistently been left at the end of our walkway instead of the porch. Despite my complaints to UPS and Amazon, the issue persists. I live at [redacted] Concord Ct., Fairfield, CA [redacted]. The latest incident involved a $[redacted].00 camera being left at the end of the walkway. I believe this behavior is unacceptable and I am considering legal action if it continues. On July 24th, I was struck by a UPS employee using a dolly in New York City. I reported this to the supervisor, Raul Ramirez. Initially, he only wanted pictures sent via email, but I struggled with this. After some delay, I managed to send pictures and medical reports a few weeks later. However, I am still awaiting a response or any assistance with my medical bills from Raul or UPS despite multiple calls. It seems like I might need legal help at this point.

After returning from a vacation in Florida to Atlanta, Georgia, I had my family ship back some items that were left behind. Unfortunately, the package arrived soaking wet due to improper packaging. I opened it to find one of my electronics water damaged. I promptly filed a claim with UPS online, scheduled a pickup for inspection in Atlanta, and received the items back the next day in a new box without any packaging materials. Upon contacting UPS, they acknowledged their mistake in not sending it for inspection initially. They arranged another pickup and finally sent it for inspection. Despite efforts, my claim was denied allegedly due to inadequate packaging, even though they had replaced the box. I am requesting a review of my claim and replacement of the merchandise.

This is the second time this month I've encountered an issue mailing CERTIFIED mail within my own city. It took over 3 weeks for delivery. After checking the online tracking site and speaking with a supervisor, Krystal, the issue was found that my mail was stuck in a machine. The supervisor mentioned only overnight mail is guaranteed. However, my CERTIFIED mail with a return receipt was delayed, affecting crucial agency deliveries. This recurring problem at the LAMAR BRANCH in Memphis, Tennessee, has caused frustration. The tracking number for my latest delayed mail is [redacted][redacted]. As retired federal employees, my husband and I find this level of service unacceptable. I returned package MI4959-05 to Grand Rapids, Michigan with tracking number 1Z30033A[redacted], and UPS reported it as received totally destroyed. I am the buyer who sent it back at the seller's expense. Since the seller is not refunding me the full amount, I filed a damage claim myself. I am unsure if the seller, Cult Hydro, phone number [redacted], has filed a claim. UPS attempted an inspection but it was canceled. The package is in Michigan. I have also filed a claim with Amazon regarding the seller. Moreover, both items were in one package from Waukeenah, Florida, but the weight indicated was incorrect.

I shipped an essential document (Next Day Air) with tracking number 1Z03X[redacted][redacted] to the USDA office in Albany, New York on September 8th. I encountered issues as the tracking information is inaccurate and the document is not available at the UPS store in South Portland where it was supposed to be. Upon inquiry at the store, I was informed the last known location was Chelmsford, MA. This situation is concerning as the document, my dog's health certificate, is critical for various processes and has incurred costs and travel time. On Wednesday, September 12, the UPS delivery driver brought our Amazon generator. We observed the driver struggling with the [redacted]+ lb package as it was delivered. The box appeared to be falling apart and was difficult for the slight-of-build driver to handle. Unfortunately, the box slid off the dolly, hitting a glass gazing ball and breaking it. Additionally, the driver accidentally stepped on and damaged a yard figurine. I have photos as evidence of the package's state, the broken gazing ball, and the damaged figurine. I kindly request UPS to cover the cost of replacing the gazing ball.

I shipped a package from a local store to Chihuahua, Mexico, but it never arrived. The package was supposed to go to a gated community in Chihuahua but ended up in Monterrey instead. The store claims Monterrey attempted delivery, but my receipts don't show anything being sent to Chihuahua. Despite the store saying they called me multiple times, I received no messages. When I tried to retrieve the package, I was informed it had been sent back to Kansas City. A UPS driver recently informed me that I have to show my ID to receive packages at my address due to a package mix-up, despite there being no such incident. No notices were left for me, and I haven't received any packages intended for someone else. It seems like there might be an error in the system causing this confusion. I recently sent a package to my daughter, Joanie K., at [redacted] Church St apt C1, Ann Arbor, MI [redacted], from Bethesda, MD. The Bethesda UPS store confirmed delivery based on their tracking number, but Joanie didn't receive it. Other packages have been delivered without issue, and I heard from a neighbor that sometimes the UPS driver leaves packages in a lockbox at the complex. For the past six days, I have been attempting to arrange a delivery of a package and have encountered numerous challenges. Initially, on 10/3, I was home but the driver did not ring the bell and left without delivering the package, despite instructions in MyChoice. Despite calling customer service multiple times, there has been no resolution. On the fifth call, I spoke with a supervisor who acknowledged the local center's lack of response and promised further communication, which did not happen. Although I received a voicemail on 10/8 with apologies and a promise for delivery on 10/9, the package did not arrive. During my sixth call, the supervisor attempted to contact the Orlando center without success. This ongoing frustration is unacceptable, with poor customer service and no direct line of communication with the local staff. Moving forward, I am unsure if daily calls are necessary.

I recently ordered headlights and taillights from Car ID. There was a mix-up during the investigation with UPS where I got confused about which order the UPS person was referring to. I am seeking a refund for shipping number434FE1 as I did not receive my product in time for a trade show where I had a display. I was informed that UPS could deliver to a FED Ex Store for me to pick up, but an employee at the location rejected the delivery despite prior notification and an agreement between the companies. The package was returned to the sender instead of being redirected to a UPS center where I could have retrieved it. I am frustrated as this oversight left me without samples for a trade show that was a significant investment for me. To complicate matters, UPS charged me for the return shipping fees. I believe I should not be responsible for this cost as better communication could have prevented this issue. I have been waiting on hold for customer service for 37 minutes without resolution.

I ordered products from Easton, PA on 10/09 with an original delivery date of 10/12. However, the package has been stuck at the Indianapolis UPS since yesterday (10/10) at 6:14pm without any movement. The update I received states it will now be delivered on 10/13. I am located in Angola, Indiana, and had planned to receive the package before leaving late Friday night.
