Hello. I am the owner of the Twitter account @isabellateves. Today, I tried to update my date of birth from [redacted] to [redacted]. After setting my birthdate to April 12, [redacted], Twitter locked my account stating I needed to be at least 13 years old to have an account. I am currently 14 years old and meet the age requirement. I am hesitant to provide photo proof of my age. Can you assist me in resolving this issue so I can regain access to my account? Hello, I am struggling to delete my old account, which I haven't used in years. I have been trying for months but haven't been successful. I have contacted support multiple times without any response. The email associated with the account was hacked, and I no longer have access to it. I urgently need this account deleted because it's been compromised with inappropriate tweets, and I will be starting a job in education soon. Thank you.

I recently sent a message to my favorite singer jokingly saying that if he didn't play one of our favorite songs, I'd harm him in some way. I feel my account suspension should be lifted because the message was meant as a jest towards my idol. My followers and Tyler share a playful dynamic where we pretend not to like each other, but it's all in good fun. The tweet in question was not a genuine threat. It's illogical for me to threaten someone I admire. I've had my Twitter account for years without any prior issues. I hope to regain access to my account as I've put in effort to grow it, and I genuinely enjoy using Twitter. I've reached out to Twitter support with an appeal, but unfortunately, I received an automated response denying account restoration without a proper review of my case.

Hello, I sent a message to my favorite singer, joking that if they didn't sing a certain song at their shows, I'd be upset. This statement led to my account being suspended, even though it was meant lightheartedly. My relationship with the artist and the fans is one of playful banter, not hostility. The "threat" I made was not serious and I truly admire this singer. I've had my Twitter account for many years without any issues and I enjoy using the platform. I would appreciate it if my account could be unsuspended as the post in question was not meant to be taken seriously. I've appealed the suspension but received a generic response stating the account won't be restored. Is there anything else that can be done to resolve this matter?

I seem to be stuck in a loop while trying to reset my password on Twitter. After selecting "Reset Password," I receive a message indicating that my account is locked due to unusual activity and prompting me to change my password for security. However, when I click "Start," it brings me back to the option of how to reset my password, showing my account information and offering to email a link to reset my password. Despite clicking "Continue" to receive the email, I do not receive it, leading me back to the same cycle repeatedly. I was suspended from my Twitter account for posting some inappropriate tweets, which I have since removed. Although my suspension ended 12 hours ago, I am unable to access my account due to a persistent pop-up prompting me to appeal even though it shows I have zero tweets to appeal. I need assistance to remove this pop-up so I can freely use my account @comfycevans without interruptions. I have already tried contacting Twitter support, but the issue remains unresolved on both the phone app and web browser. I am eager to regain access to my account as Twitter is important to me and has been beneficial in many ways. Thank you for any help you can provide in resolving this matter.

I recently bought a new phone and found myself locked out of my Twitter account due to too many failed login attempts. I need assistance in recovering my login details and updating the email linked to my Twitter account. I read online that being locked out for excessive login attempts should only last about an hour, but it has been 4 hours, and I am still unable to reset my password. Currently, my Twitter handle is @Auxesia___, and the associated email is [redacted], which I no longer use and have forgotten the password for. I am facing an issue with a Twitter account. There is this specific account under the name Trina, with the handle @ScHoolboyQxy, who is continuously engaging in cyberbullying towards me and others. She is spreading false accusations about me, alleging that I have engaged in sexual harassment through direct messages. These claims are incredibly distressing and damaging to my reputation. I fear the impact it may have on how I am perceived by others. I kindly request assistance in suspending this account as blocking her has not stopped the dissemination of these harmful rumors. Multiple individuals are being affected by her actions, and I strongly believe her account should be permanently banned to prevent further harm. My son's Twitter account got suspended after I changed his phone number (I am his mother who pays the bill). I can prove the number change and his identity. He has many followers who emailed with no replies. He put years into this account and gained many followers. My account got locked due to supposed automated behavior. I simply switched between logged-in accounts. I receive email notifications for all logins, so I would have known if there was suspicious activity. The issue is I can't verify my identity with the phone number on this account as it's from a different country and currently not in use. I can't use my current number as it's linked to another account. It's been a week since this happened, and I've submitted an appeal form, but haven't heard back.

I have encountered an issue where a notice appears claiming I am sharing sensitive data on Twitter when I am not logged in. Despite unchecking the box behind the scenes, clearing my cache, and rechecking, the message still persists. I have previously shared reproduction paintings of old masters, which are displayed in art galleries and are not deemed "sensitive." However, I have ceased this activity. I maintain a policy of not posting anything inappropriate, offensive, or hateful. I am troubled by this situation as it has led to a decline in sales and views. I have reached out to Twitter support without success, as I have not received any response or a ticket. Unfortunately, being located in Australia, I am unable to contact them directly by phone. I seem to be able to log into my account with my username and password, but I am being asked to add a phone number to receive SMS messages. However, when I enter my phone number, it says it is registered with another account. When I try to log in with my phone number, it says no account is found. I access Twitter on a Windows PC because smartphones are too small for my hands. I have an analog telephone for calls and use Google Voice only to get Twitter authentication messages. My username is Moonfawgie, email is [redacted], landline is 1-[redacted], and Google Voice number is 1-[redacted]. How can I add my number to my Twitter account?

My Twitter account got locked. I can't receive the SMS code to my phone to reset the password. I'm stuck and need help to regain control over my page. I finally managed to get the code by repeatedly calling my old number until someone answered and helped me. Remember to update your phone number! The SMS verification can be tricky for many. If you haven't tried Twitter's short code [redacted] from a phone linked to your account, give it a shot. Peace!

I recently commented on Bethenny Frankel leaving the show, referencing a past remark she made to Luann. Unfortunately, my comment was deemed as hateful. I suffer from anxiety, PTSD, and major depression, which affects me greatly. I don't even use Twitter frequently but now I feel triggered. I am considering legal action due to feeling abused.

I am currently unable to access my account on Twitter as they are requesting a phone number to send a verification code via SMS. Unfortunately, I do not have a phone to receive SMS messages. I kindly ask Twitter to either unlock my account without requiring a phone number or provide clarification on why this information is necessary. UPDATE: It has been over nine days since I first reached out to Twitter about this issue, and despite receiving an automated response to my email, I have not heard back from a human representative or had my problem resolved.

I am trying to bring to Twitter's attention a potential username squatting issue involving the account "@ella_rose" and a chain of accounts created 11 years ago. These accounts have either never tweeted or have only posted once, with no followers, profile pictures, and typically following one specific account in a chain. For instance, "@ella_rose" follows "@Doukamo" follows "@KennyGill," and so on. The accounts seem inactive and were created simultaneously. I believe this violates Twitter's rules against username squatting, and although I couldn't find a direct way to report this issue through their system, it would be beneficial for Twitter to investigate this concerning pattern of accounts.

I have been facing a recurring issue on Twitter since the start of [redacted], which has now been ongoing for about six months. Every time I post twice with the same hashtag, my account gets locked instantly. Upon unlocking it, I remain shadowbanned for days, even though I am not spamming. I am restricted from using the same hashtag for two full days or posting two tweets consecutively. Despite opening numerous cases in the past, they were all closed or rejected without any response or resolution. Recently, my account was locked on August 11th, and I have yet to receive a single response after opening a new case. I even created a temporary account to test if the issue persists on the Android App, but I did not encounter any problems there, even with frequent hashtag usage. It seems like my account is being targeted by an algorithm as if I were a bot, despite having provided all necessary verification, such as a phone number, email, and login details. The only solution seems to be for Twitter Support to address this issue promptly. I value my account, which I have had since [redacted], and wish to resolve this situation without accumulating high phone bills due to constant communication attempts. Your assistance in resolving this matter with Twitter Support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention.

I recently got locked out of my Twitter account as I removed my old phone number, causing me to be unable to verify my account. Despite numerous requests and tickets I've submitted to Twitter Support, I'm stuck at the screen asking me to confirm my old phone number. Unfortunately, I can't receive texts or calls on that number. Every response I get from Twitter is a generic one about resetting my password, and I can't reach a live customer service representative. My emails to them have gone unanswered as well. I've tried everything, but I'm still unable to access my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I created my account when I was under 13, but I only used it for tweeting at YouTubers. Over the last two years, I've been using it to share my artwork, and now I'm a high school senior. I recently tried to update my birthdate on the account, but it got locked because I wasn't 13 when I made it. I've submitted various documents, including my student transcript with my name and birthday, to verify my ownership, but I keep getting the same response that they don't prove my ownership. I find it unreasonable to lock my account for such a reason. I'm frustrated since I don't want to start over with a new account. This situation is really annoying and has been putting me in a bad mood.
