I encountered a Twitter user who threatened to track down my family and cause harm. I promptly reported the user, and Twitter forced them to delete the offensive tweets. Following a tweet where this user insulted me and threatened my husband, I retaliated by calling them "white trash." However, Twitter did not allow me to delete my tweet as they did with the other user. It's my first suspension on Twitter, and despite explaining the situation, they continue to refuse to unlock my account. The biased treatment and unjust suspension are frustrating, especially when I did not initiate any threats. Meanwhile, the other user's account remains active. I seek assistance in restoring my account, backed by screenshots of the entire conversation for reference. Your guidance is appreciated.

In January this year, my Twitter account (@MarianHOsman) was suspended while discussing a political topic. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in reactivating it or receiving a response. The case number I was given by Twitter support is [redacted]: "I can't log in [ref:00DA[redacted]K0A8.5004A00001asbC6:ref]". I tried using the Twitter support form to contact them, but my efforts went unacknowledged. I vaguely recall attempting to reset through another method but couldn't proceed due to an unrecognized phone number linked to my account. I am willing to verify any details through email to regain access. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with unlocking my Twitter account. It was locked due to a violation of Twitter's terms, but I did not do it on purpose. I have already submitted my ID for confirmation, but I have not received any feedback from Twitter yet. I urgently need access to my account as there are important things stored in it. I hope for your assistance in unlocking my account promptly. My Twitter handle is @stumuheise. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Twitter account to report an issue. Every time I try, I receive an error message saying "Oops, we seem to have encountered a problem. Please try again later." I am unable to perform any actions on my account as the error message keeps flashing repeatedly, preventing me from inputting any information or contacting customer support. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like installing a new app and turning off my phone for 12 hours, the issue persists. I have sought assistance from phone experts to no avail, and they advised me to reach out to Twitter for help. However, when I attempt to contact Twitter, the same error occurs within the app. I am at a loss on how to resolve this issue and feel frustrated that I cannot use Twitter normally like others do. My Twitter handle is #nevergetsout, and my name is Sandra C. My email is [redacted], and I reside in the Isle of Man, UK.

Yesterday, my account got suspended because my mobile phone was not verified. I attempted several times but did not receive any verification code from Twitter. I contacted my network provider, and they confirmed they did not receive any codes from Twitter either. This issue arose when I started highlighting Indian brutalities in Kashmir. Despite not violating any Twitter rules, I am unable to verify my mobile number due to not receiving the code from Twitter. Kindly assist in resolving this matter promptly. Twitter handle: @Zeeshan[redacted]9

I have come across content that violates the law prohibiting child pornography on this platform. Under 18 U.S. Code § 1466A, it is illegal to produce, distribute, or possess any visual depiction that shows a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, regardless of whether the minor is real or fictional. The user @CHAfterDark1 is sharing such inappropriate content, and their personal account is @CartoonHangout. I recently faced a temporary ban (@TalonVirus) after trying to address this issue and got reported for harassment. It is concerning that this illegal content is being overlooked while users like me, who are trying to bring attention to it, are being penalized.

In [redacted], I created an account (@Jesskuck1234) on Twitter using an email that was only used for that account. After deleting my account a few years ago and rejoining recently, I've been unable to access my old account as Twitter claims the email doesn't match. Despite my attempts to prove my identity, I've only received automated responses and can't reach a human for help. I no longer have access to the old email, which is why I'm unable to receive any responses. I've already tried various ways to resolve this but to no avail. My current email is [redacted], which I use for my new account, but I really want my old account back. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to report an issue that I encountered on Twitter. Despite being blocked by an account, I was still able to view and interact with their tweets without anyone noticing for an extended period, even with a large number of daily visitors. 1. Could you please clarify if this is a bug? This has now become a legal concern, and I require your assistance. 2. Could having different mobile certification settings for various national domains impact API access and lead to malfunctions or errors? The mobile device in question is a Samsung Galaxy Phone (NOTE 4 N910C) that was originally used in the US before being switched to a South Korean carrier. This change coincided with the occurrence of the issue. I am curious if differences in national CE testing regulations or conflicting bandwidths could potentially cause Twitter App API malfunctions. Moreover, in South Korea, my phone was able to access Youtube videos meant for South Korean viewers only. I am looking forward to your prompt response. Best regards, Rachel Kim

I recently tried to update my birthday on my account, which was originally set up by my mom when I was under 13 for a sweepstakes entry. Now, at 18, I use it as a fan account for bands and connect with many internet friends in group chats. However, I encountered an issue where updating my birthday labeled me as underage. I've sent my ID to verify my age as I've been over 13 for almost six years now. Keeping this account is important to me as it's where I feel I have a voice and where I connect with my online friends. I hope to resolve this situation and reactivate my account soon.

My account got suspended back in mid-March due to alleged 'glorification of violence'. My three tweets were misunderstood, as they simply mentioned that someone might be REGARDED as a war hero, not that he IS one. I've appealed multiple times since then, even after receiving an automated message mentioning 'suspicious behaviour'. However, there's been no clarification on what this behaviour entails or how to address it. It's now mid-August, and my account remains locked. I'm feeling extremely frustrated and just want to regain access. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, David.

Hello Twitter Support, I am user @_corrineam. Approximately 3 months ago, my account was suspended after adjusting my birth year to [redacted]. On reviewing the Twitter guidelines, it is clear that creating an account is only permissible for individuals aged 13 and above. Based on my age of 15, I believed I had not violated any terms. Urgently, I need access to my account. Following the suspension, I submitted a ticket along with my passport and personal information. I kindly request your assistance in reactivating my account. A similar incident occurred with a friend who is still unable to regain access to her account. I appreciate your reconsideration. For further communication, please reach me via email. Thank you and have a pleasant day. Blessings - [redacted] P.S. I have verified this email on my personal account as well.

I have been patient, but it has been a week, and Twitter has not responded. I am upset because my account @singuiaravery got suspended for breaking the rules by using the word "kill" as a joke. I deeply regret my mistake. This account is important to me, and I have put in a lot of effort to reach where I am. I use the Twitter app daily to interact with friends and people I admire. I had followers from famous individuals I can't regain on a new account. I am disappointed that my account was suspended for what was meant to be a joke, not a threat. I apologize for the misunderstanding and assure you I will not violate the rules again. Please consider reinstating my account. I am sincerely sorry. Thank you.

Twitter mistakenly suspended my account, @butrra, after an exchange with my friend, @nvvdy. According to Twitter's guidelines, friendly banter, even if it includes strong language, is permissible where there's no intent to harm. In this case, my tweet was in jest about @nvvdy not listening to my favorite artist. Both of us understood it as harmless humor. I am confident that I did not breach any rules, as the context shows it was all in good fun and not a genuine threat. I've always maintained a respectful presence on Twitter and have never faced warnings prior to this unjust suspension.

My Twitter account (@butrra) was suspended unjustly for engaging in banter with my friend (@nvvdy). Twitter's guidelines permit certain forms of exaggerated language used among friends, such as humorously saying, “I’ll kill you for sending me that plot spoiler!”. The tweet in question between @butrra and @nvvdy was clearly meant as banter, joking about being upset over music preferences. Both @butrra and @nvvdy understand it was harmless. There was no intention to harm or threaten anyone. This suspension seems excessive given the absence of prior warnings for similar interactions.

My Twitter account (@butrra) has been unfairly suspended for engaging in banter with my friend (@nvvdy). According to Twitter's guidelines, they allow certain forms of violent speech in a joking context among friends. My tweet was clearly banter and taken out of context. I was joking about being upset with @nvvdy for not listening to my favorite artist. Both of us know it was a harmless joke with no intent of harm. I have never threatened anyone on Twitter and believe the suspension is unjust since I never received a warning. I kindly request assistance in lifting the suspension on my account, as I have not violated any rules and was simply joking with a friend.

Hello, I am writing regarding the suspension of my Twitter account due to a tweet defending Talib Kweli. Someone was harassing him by posting disrespectful comments about his late grandmother. While I admit my reaction was not ideal, I stand by my intention to protect and support those I admire. Despite reporting the offending tweets, no action was taken. I emphasize that I never issued any threats. I have utilized Twitter since [redacted] to engage in news and political discourse, not to harass others. Losing my account has prompted me to refocus on these interests. I respectfully request the reinstatement of my account @tellall2012. Furthermore, I have observed discrepancies in the treatment of verified accounts versus regular users like myself. It appears that verified users receive preferential treatment, leading to an imbalance. I advocate for more equitable enforcement of rules to safeguard all users from harassment. I pledge to abide by Twitter’s policies and request that my account be reinstated promptly. Thank you for your attention. Best, Sylvia O.

I have contacted Twitter's customer service to request the closure of an inactive account, @HalinkaJ3, that is impersonating me and potentially endangering my children. The account was possibly created by me in [redacted] but was never used, and the email addresses associated with it (gmail and yahoo) are no longer accessible. This situation could be resolved if Twitter would simply close the account. I am concerned about the reliability of information on Twitter and question whether the platform truly serves its purpose of helping people if it allows dishonesty and bias. It seems Twitter might be selective about who can join.

Our Twitter account for dynamicdetailingpa.com has been suspended. We don't actively use Twitter, so we're unsure why this has happened. Recently, we had a call from a person inquiring about a house washing service, but after quoting a price, they became upset and threatened online retaliation. Following this incident, negative reviews appeared on Google about our customer service. The caller's phone number is [redacted], but we don't have their name. We are wondering if there's a link between this phone call and our account suspension since we haven't violated any of Twitter's rules.

I was suspended unexpectedly two weeks ago and promptly filed an appeal. The reason behind the suspension appears to be related to a tweet response to a friend. I used a joke format that is commonly seen on Twitter, but unfortunately, it led to my account being permanently suspended. This account was crucial for my career and well-being. I submitted another appeal reiterating my explanation and seeking assistance. I am unsure of what steps to take next to regain access to my account. I am hoping to speak with a live person from Twitter to address this issue. I apologize for the tweet in question and assure that it was an isolated incident. I am eager to resolve this matter and appreciate any help available. Thank you.
