Hello everyone, I had my Twitter account suspended a week ago due to a copyrighted video I posted back in February. Twitter notified me via email about the suspension and mentioned that restoring my account depends on the reporter sending a retraction with takedown information. The video has been removed from my account, and I informed the copyrighted video owner who was pleased with the removal. Despite contacting them for the necessary retraction, I have not received a response. I have been emailing Twitter about this issue, but I only receive automated replies instructing me to contact the reporter, who, in turn, advises me to reach out to Twitter. I've explained my actions were unintentional and for entertainment purposes, but the responses remain the same. I doubt my account will be restored, but if anyone knows alternative Twitter contacts or methods to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you, Kathy.

Hello everyone on Twitter, I have been a fan of Twitter for a long time now. Unfortunately, I keep encountering problems with my account being blocked without any apparent reasons. I enjoy sharing my music and feelings with the world through tweets. It's my way of connecting with everyone using the power of music and words. I am surprised by the frequent blocks on my account. Could you please reactivate my main account associated with my email [redacted] and my name Luai? I am unable to receive calls for the activation code on my phone number, which is causing further inconvenience. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be highly appreciated. Best regards, Luai

I would like to express my gratitude for the recent support I received. Although I had used Twitter in the past, last month marked my first interactive experience on the platform. After posting for the first time, I was bombarded with hateful replies. Being almost 60 years old and valuing manners and social norms, this experience left me feeling deeply upset and disheartened with social media. After reporting the issue, Twitter conducted an investigation. Yesterday, I received a notification that the account in violation of hateful content had been suspended. While I didn't wish for anyone's account to be suspended, it did reassure me that there are still standards of decency upheld. I appreciate your effective monitoring system and adherence to ethical principles. Your report truly lifted my spirits during a difficult time. Thank you for restoring my faith in social media. Sincerely, Grahame C.

Dear Support Team, I am writing to address the recent suspending of my Twitter account due to copyright infringement. I apologize for not being aware of the copyright rules and disregarding the previous notices sent by ICC. I sought advice from a proficient English speaker who outlined the issue to me. As a dedicated fan of Msdhoni, I used to download and upload emotional videos after matches, which I now understand violates copyright laws. I have since deleted all the videos and vow not to repeat this mistake. Kindly, I request you to assist me by forwarding this matter to Twitter India for further action. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Sincerely, K. S. Jhala Twitter: @jhala677

I need help retrieving my suspended Twitter account due to the age rule. I initially made the account when I was 12, but Twitter required users to be at least 13 at the time. I submitted the requested form with identification proving I am now over 18. Despite waiting for 2 weeks, I didn't receive any response. I tried once more with another form after another 2 weeks, but still no reply. I then attempted to create a new form, only to find out my account had been deleted. When I tried to use my current email linked to the suspended account, it redirected me to a "Join [redacted] Twitter account." I created a new Twitter account 2 days ago. Is there a way to recover my suspended or deleted account from last month, or retrieve it using a different email address that is not linked to any social media accounts?

I unintentionally altered my birthdate on Twitter while experimenting with different dates. Consequently, Twitter has locked my account, claiming I was ineligible for an account when I joined in [redacted]. I am now unable to access my beloved account, which I have been using for extensive periods daily. Retrieving it is crucial to me as it harbors a wealth of valuable content. I am determined to regain access to my original account and do not wish to create a new one. I urgently need to find a way to contact Twitter to unlock my account.

I discovered an error with my birth year on my Twitter account, which resulted in my account being locked due to a youthful sign-up age discrepancy. Despite providing my identification, Twitter has informed me that my account will be deleted as it was created before I turned 13. I am seeking assistance to have my account reinstated, as my mother initially managed the account for me while I was underage. I am unable to locate a contact number for Twitter's support. I have a substantial history on the platform with over 20,[redacted] tweets and around 19,[redacted] likes.

Hello Twitter Support, I celebrated my 18th birthday on July 7, [redacted], and decided to correct my birth year on Twitter from [redacted] to [redacted]. This adjustment inadvertently revealed that I had created the account before turning 13, which led to my account being locked. Despite contacting support promptly, I only received an automated reply after five months in December. Although this response gave me hope, I have yet to have my issue resolved seven months into [redacted]. Upon attempting to log in again, I discovered that my account @deslondon no longer existed. I am reaching out to request the restoration of my account, as it holds sentimental value to me. The associated email is [redacted] I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a resolution soon. Best Regards, Desiree

Hello everyone! I encountered an issue with sending direct messages on Twitter, so a friend suggested that I reinstall the app. After doing so, I faced trouble logging back into my account. The platform prompted me to verify my identity using a phone number associated with my account, giving a hint with the last two digits. Unfortunately, the numbers provided were not mine. Although I tried my associated number, it did not work, leading to my account being locked. Despite my efforts to explain the situation to Twitter via email, they directed me to create a new account, which I am reluctant to do as my current account contains important information. I have submitted a detailed description of my problem, and my friend advised me that in a similar situation, she had to provide pictures of herself for verification. I have various images of myself on my profile, including a profile picture with another person, a pinned tweet with multiple photos, and another tweet showing just my face. I am hopeful that Twitter will recognize my identity and assist me in regaining access to my account.

Hello, I'm reaching out because my Twitter account got suspended roughly five days ago. I've filed an appeal to have it unsuspended since I believe it was suspended due to a misunderstanding. I have never been involved in any illegal activities according to Twitter's terms and conditions. Here is my appeal number for reference: Case# [redacted]: Appealing an account suspension - @EngrQamarKhan [ref:00DA[redacted]K0A8.5004A00001j1wLM:ref] I've followed the instructions in the email from the support team to reply to confirm that I have access to the email associated with the account. I've replied three times on different days to confirm my access, but I have not received any response, and the account remains suspended. I would appreciate an update on whether there is any additional information required from my end and if my appeal is currently under review. Thanks, Qamar

Dear Twitter Support, I'm reaching out regarding my locked account, @itsfreedomlayag, due to age restrictions. I have submitted two identification documents, a local government ID, and a voter's certification, via ticket but both were not accepted. Recently, I obtained a valid clearance certificate from the National Bureau of Investigation, but I can't submit another ticket as my account is inaccessible. I am eager to restore my original account where I have shared countless memories with loved ones. Twitter has been a significant part of my daily life, and I truly miss it. I hope for the opportunity to regain access to my account and revisit the memories I hold dear. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Warm regards, Grant Freedom C. Layag @itsfreedomlayag

I accidentally changed the email address linked to my active Twitter account @mediaRTLTD and forgot my password. The current email linked to it, [redacted], is no longer active. I believe the correct email is [redacted] Can you send a password reset link to the correct email? If not, could you deactivate the account? It's a business account, and I'd like to regain access or have it removed as it still displays my picture and business logos. Thank you.

About a week ago, my account was unexpectedly locked, prompting me to change my password as a precaution. To verify my identity, I was asked to confirm my phone number. However, when I tried to use the phone call option, an error occurred, advising me to try again later. Seeking assistance from online support led to receiving an unhelpful automated email. Additionally, my attempt to open a new ticket was met with a request to close the initial one. Providing more information by replying to the email yielded no response. Despite following up with three subsequent emails, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me unable to progress past the verification stage and access my account.

I recently discovered that I have been locked out of my account, which I created back in [redacted], on July 9th. It seems that I am required to verify my phone number for the fourth time. Unfortunately, I was not given the option to receive an SMS, so I had to choose the phone call option. However, the call never came despite my repeated attempts. I filled out a form which led me to another form, eventually directing me to an automated email that required a reply for human assistance. In addition to this, I reached out to the support team through both the website and Twitter twice on July 10th. It is now July 15th, and I am still patiently waiting for a response.

My account got banned without any clear reason. I tried to update my birthday to be accurate (I'm 16), and suddenly found my account locked for being underage. I attempted to check it daily for any changes, but it remained inaccessible. After six months, I discovered it was permanently banned. I urgently need assistance, but the support email is unresponsive, and contacting customer service over the phone was ineffective. I am puzzled as I created the account before I was 12 and only started using it at 15. Can someone please advise on how to resolve this situation? Email: hardyburns24@gmail Twitter: @pleasediepara

My Twitter account got suspended due to DMCA claims from bots about music they don't own. I submitted a counter claim 10 days ago. Twitter said they are reviewing it, which may take up to 10 business days. If the claimer doesn't respond, the content will be restored. The DMCA just wanted the videos removed. I miss having access to my account to comply. My account is significant to me, and I only post content that complies with Twitter rules. It's frustrating not knowing how long this will take. Reaching someone from Twitter feels impossible. I hope I followed the correct steps.

Every time I mention Jeff Bezos, my account gets suspended, and I have to go through the verification process to get it back online. This has happened multiple times, and even though I've been told I did nothing wrong, it keeps occurring. The latest issue is them asking me to verify my phone number, but there's no button to do so. Despite sending numerous emails, the responses have not been helpful, asking me to change settings I can't access. Now they've closed my case without reading my emails, leaving my account locked. No matter where I try to log in, it prompts for a verification code without offering an option to update my phone number. I've tried contacting various consumer protection agencies and media outlets to share my experience. This situation has become unbearable, and I'm considering taking legal action to address this ongoing harassment and account lockouts.

Hello! We are bunq, the Dutch bank, and we have been experiencing difficulties with the verification of our Twitter account recently. It has been requested by numerous users, and being a bank, it is crucial for us to ensure a secure information space for our users across all our platforms, including social media. Obtaining an official verification for our Twitter account would support our mission to provide an open and safe banking environment. You may have noticed that other Dutch banks, such as Knab, ASN Bank, and Triodos Bank, have their Twitter accounts verified. Some of them have more followers, while others have similar or fewer followers compared to us. We believe having the verification badge on our Twitter account would be in line with our commitment to offering a secure space for our customers.

I created my Twitter account at the age of 11, so I set my birthdate to [redacted] to meet the minimum requirement. Today, I attempted to update it to my actual birthdate of January 17, [redacted], but accidentally inputted a wrong year like [redacted]. Consequently, my account got locked for being under 13 years old despite currently being 18. I can provide my Passport/ID to prove my age. Is there a way to regain access to my account or perhaps disassociate it from my current email so I can create a new one using the same email address? Ideally, I would prefer to recover my existing account rather than creating a new one, as it would be bothersome.

I keep getting locked out of my Twitter account regularly as it notifies me of exhibiting bad behavior, although all I do is read tweets. I made a second account since I didn't receive the SMS verification code on my original account despite providing the correct phone number. However, the issue persisted with the new account. I am frustrated as neither account received the SMS code for verification. I want both accounts unlocked to avoid further random lockouts. Please resolve this promptly as I am tired of creating new accounts for no reason. Thank you for your assistance.
