I was trying to buy a shirt from a link on twitter, I clicked it and a new window popped up. I was also mid tweet and my computer was going extremely slow. I finally got to where I could input my card information, but apparently I accidentally promoted a tweet? Um... that was not supposed to happen and had nothing in it to be promoted. I have never used a promoted tweet and I honestly don't even know what it does for me I thought it was for sales. I entered my credit card info thinking I had been taken to the page to order a shirt, but then it said it was saved to my twitter and I had no shirt confirmation. Now I'm being charged for a promoted tweet, I've tried to call, tweet, send messages to the contact us and help twitters to get it taken off? Like I said I've never done it before so I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I don't know if its reoccurring or what the heck is going on. PLEASE HELP ME!! I just want this to be undone I was only trying to make a regular tweet :(
