Turo **My name is Herbert B Copeland. In July of this year I had a very successful Tesla rental with Tung N. He gave me a key card and we had no problems.**On August **th I again rented a Tesla, this time from Elen K. Her man met me at the airport but did not have a key card so he added the car to my iPhone which was fine until it wasn’t. I had * or * instances where I couldn’t unlock the car, one was very embarrassing. I wasted half a day phoning back and forth with Elen’s man until we got it to work. Then on the morning I was leaving for the airport again the app wouldn’t work and after spending ** minutes dealing with it I was forced to call Uber to take me to the airport. (for $***) in order not to miss my flight and I left the car where I knew they could retrieve it using their app.**I own a Tesla Model * myself and have never had a single problem with my car not connecting with my iPhone.**I love renting Tesla’s when I travel and would like to be “un-blocked” by Turo.
