It’s a pandemic. Most people like myself do not have $** to throw away. And turbo tax should change their policy if a service was purchased but could not be used.
I wanted my refund but it was denied.
Being new I expected a refund for a service I was unable to use. They should be held to a higher standard and refuse to issue a refund to a new customer as they are big corporation. And $** means nothing to them.
Spoke to customer service. And again was told they will not refund me. How incredibly unprofessional.
