I recently electronically filed my taxes with TurboTax on June **, ****. Later that day, I received an email stating both my state and federal taxes had been accepted. I waited **-** hours after receiving the confirmation email, before I was able to start tracking it from the IRS. Two days after filing (June **th), I receive an email from Turbo Prepaid Card, saying my card was being printed and on it's way soon. I tracked my refund status on the 'Where's My Refund' site for about four or five days (since I filed) until it finally processed (June **st***nd) and had been sent out. That same day (June **st), I received the same email from before from Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, reminding me the card was still on the way. At this point, I signed onto the Intuit Turbo Prepaid Visa Card website to check my balance. The money had already been deposited into my account. Right under the transactions*balance window, is a place to track the card as well. Under the tracking section, there was a note saying I should receive the card by June **th. So patiently waiting, we come to June **rd when I receive an email from Turbo Prepaid Card saying my card is now at my local post office and on the way to my door and I should receive it within two days (June **th at the latest). I was a little skeptical since the Intuit Turbo Prepaid Visa Card website said I'd receive it by the **th not the **th. So I was anxious to receive it two days earlier than expected. The next day arrived (June **th) and I receive the exact same email from Turbo Prepaid Card saying the card was at my local post office and again, I should be expecting it within two days which at that time, would be June **th at the lastest. So according to the emails received, it will now arrive either the **th or **th. Again, I sign onto the Intuit Turbo Prepaid Visa Card website and in the tracking section, it no longer says I should expect it by the **th, but confirms the card is in fact at my local post office. I'm assuming it's for sure at the post office and should arrive any day now. The next day (June **th), still no card had arrived and I received yet another email from Turbo Prepaid Card reminding me to sign up for my online account (which I already did) and the card is still on it's way soon. Now, it doesn't give an estimate on when the card will arrive like the last two previous messages stated. It just said it was on it's way. I check the Intuit Turbo Prepaid Visa Card website and under the tracking window, it still says it's at the post office. This is now day two of my card sitting at the post office and it still hasn't been delivered. However, the second email I received from Turbo Prepaid Card the day before (June **th) stated my card was at the post office and it would be at my door in two more days which would be been the **th from the date I received the email. June **th was the next day, so I waited until the next day and still no card and now no more emails saying it's on it's way now or any time soon. I sign onto the Intuit Prepaid Visa Card website and under the tracking window, it still claims to be sitting at the post office. Now, before this message changed, I remembered this site previously stating the card originally was supposed to arrive on the **th (as mentioned above) which is now the next day. Assuming the card is supposed to arrive by the **th for sure since I was no longer receiving anything saying otherwise, I assumed for it to be there on the **th. Sure enough, the **th came and went and still no card. Today is now the July *th (** days after I filed & got approved) and I still have not received an email from Turbo Prepaid Card stating any new facts about the arrival of my card since June **th. Also, when I go sign onto the Intuit Prepaid Visa Card website, it no longer shows a tracking window. The IRS states that the refund has already been sent which leads me to believe that this is a problem on TurboTax end or a mix up at the post office. I have been reading several complaints against TurboTax with people in similar situations with customers not receiving their prepaid cards. Please write back soon on further instructions on how to receive my card or a current status of where it is. Or possibly how to get a new one sent out? Thanks!
