efile Federal return ... I efiled my tax returns on Oct. **, ****. I received pin*'s for both my husband and I. Had to enter our driver licenses to confirm signatures. Today I am showing that there is no record of my efile. How do I resolve?
This was frustrating because I had to mail our Fed taxes in the next morning Oct. **th, ****, since I could not get confirmation of our efile
Some type of verification that I did efile on Oct. **, ****, but some glitch happened.
I have tried calling Turbo Tax to speak to a live person. I tried calling the IRS to speak to a human for advice on whether I should mail my taxes...and ask what would happen if they did receive both an efile and a hard copy. I was not successful at either.
