I am unable to respond to enquiries because I continually get a message that 'we don't recognise this device'. I then ask for the code to be messaged to my phone, but no code ever arrives. The problem is exacerbated because it is very difficult to make contact with a human at TripAdvisor - perhaps, in part, a timezone issue - and the FAQs provided by TripAdvisor are unhelpful in terms of my issue). The result is lost business for me and, no doubt, frustration for those making enquiries because they either get no response from me at all or (at best) a delayed response.
GetHuman2612975 did not yet indicate what TripAdvisor should do to make this right.
