If you believe there's been a mistake with your currency charge, we suggest contacting your bank first. They may be able to offer insight on any foreign transaction fees or exchange rates applied to your booking. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.

Reviews on TripAdvisor typically take up to 48 hours to be published, but in some cases, it might take longer. Ensure your review meets TripAdvisor's guidelines - it cannot contain profanity, personal insults, or promotional content. If your review meets all guidelines and still hasn't appeared in a week, it’s possible it didn’t get through the posting process successfully or it may have been removed by the moderators. Unfortunately, TripAdvisor does not notify users when their reviews are removed and does not provide direct reasons for individual review removals. Try resubmitting the review or, if it continues, you may need to reach out to them directly.
