Booked Luxury Paris Day trip through TA with notice that cancellation policy before * days in advance was *** % refundable.! Date ********Viator, when i cancelled the trip on ****** (more than one month prior to ******* departure) i would lose my entire fee of ****.**. My granddaughter and i were extending our stay in Paris to one week and i even suggested apply funds to other tours. They stated their policy was not to refund. But I booked through you. I am very disappointed in Viator and hopefully not you. I have booked much of this trip through your site. I want a cancellation and a refund just as your site said
