I have recently cancelled the * flexible rate rooms which I had booked for my husband & myself & our friends who live in Holland. Cancellation no* ********* - (booked in the name of Helga Kuiper) & cancellation no ********** (booked in the name of Hazel Edeson). Initially I received an email for each booking confirming cancellation, but then received a Credit note invoice (WB********) for Helga Kuiper’s booking. Could you please clarify that I will get a refund for both rooms, as they were both booked on the same card (ending ****)?

GetHuman-hazelede did not yet indicate what Travelodge (UK) should do to make this right.
