I was looking at booking a stay with yourselves for a funeral we are attending, I saved one in my basked. The next day I realised I was looking at the wrong date so found a different one, with yourselves again. I then proceeded to pay and once it had done that I realised it had booked the wrong one. I called ***** *** ***** straight away and explained it to a lady I spoke to. She then said that as it was a saver one it wasn’t refundable but as I was still booking with yourselves for a different night then you would be able to sort it for me and the money could be refunded, I’m just wondering if this could all be sorted please?
GetHuman-kirstyj did not yet indicate what Travelodge (UK) should do to make this right.
