Use trap call without signing up for a duplicate service ... Since I cannot find a telephone number for assistance, I am writing through this medium. **I received a new phone service but have the same number. I am no longer receiving trapcall information. Can someone help me please???

I need a contact who will respond to me needs or I need to cancel service ASAP.
I'm been a loyal customer for over a year now, I am surprised that there is no phone contact for verbal assistance. I am paying for a system that I cannot use, this is very distressing.

It is a terrible thing to not have support when things go wrong. I changed my carrier service. Please note that Boost is not a supported carrier for TrapCall. Switcing frm AT&T to Boost create a nonfunctining TrapCall on my phone. I followed all the directions and got an "error". After a * days without success, I tried to deactivate my account and got an "error". I was going to do a stop payment when I realized that a phone number was on my online billing statement. I called the number and the person told me, "Sorry, Boost does not work with TrapCall." He removed my account AND removed my subscription (two things).
