I went to their website and was able to do it online, since you never called me as you said you would. it kept saying you would call in * minutes but you never did. so I would advise anyone to go to the website and not use your services. I was trying to institute both a credit freeze and a fraud alert. I learned from Equifax that if you institute a fraud alert at one of the * credit agencies it will automatically go to the other two. But the credit freeze you must do at each one. So two of the three I was able to do online. Equifax I had to call and it was laborious. She kept me on the phone about ** minutes asking question after question and kept putting me on hold. And she was hard to understand because not a native english speaker so I would not start with them.
