order **********hello my name is Jessica Palmquist and i ordered a phone and service plan online per recommendation from a friend. *I cannot express to you how much i regret that decision. *I ordered my phone lat thursday, i believe the *th. I received an erroneous email that my phone had been sent to me. it was a total lie. the truth is my phone is lost in the warehouse. out of the several customer service reps i spoke to. ( i have never received such horrible customer service in my life, when i ask for supervisors i am hung up on or sent back to the main menu) I was misled, lied to, promises made that never happened. waited an hour for a ticket number i never received. *of course these days everyone is addicted to their cell phones. but i need mine for different reasons. I am disabled. i have multiple sclerosis and need my phone ffor transportation to get food, go to my doctors, and for getting refills of my prescriptions. i am partially paralyzed with * children in a very rural area. all week i have not been anle to get through to my doctor. i broke a finger, i can show you pictures, and can not get medical care. its broken in half. i am going to run out of my medications tomorrow. i do not have family and nobody checks on me unless its scheduled. i have to use a cane and drag myself a half a mile when my neighbor gets off of work and i call tracfone. he gets off in the late evening so i cannot call my care team after business hours. I begged the reps to please do something, which all they did was talk to me like a idiot and make fun of me and call me a ***** to their friends when they thought i was on hold. they also put me on hold for sometimes ** minutes just to say that they are going to transfer me and then they hang up or even say i never ordered. they will NEVER connect me to a supervisor. i know what im going to say sounds paranoid but i believe your reps have a habit of messing up peoples orders and playing games with them when they dont like the personality of the customer. they continually reffered to me as a safelink customer, i am NOT. i am a paying customer. i dont know what else to do. i explained the urgency and i believe because im disabled i am being discriminated against. its extremely common. im called a parasite to society and told to just kill myself when strangers see im crippled. since my money was taken out of my account, and the promoses of the website shipping policy are lies, i was told y phone was gone missing and nobody is going to do anything about my missing unsent device i am going to the better business bureau and having my bank file a fraud investigation and also contacting an advocacy group for the disabled. the reps are purposefully prolonging my time without my phone and its detremential to my health. i cannot use my neighbors phone to contact your company anymore. i hqve no phone. i missed a very critical MRI because my phone was not sent. i dont see why the order can not be cancelled, a new duplicate order made with OVERNIGHT shipping, my God i deserve that at the very least. what happens when my kids cant call *** because im in a rural area and thry watch mommy die? all because it was funny for your reps to mess with me. aand yes they absolutely were my daughter heard it too on speaker. im a human. i am appalled by the treatment of your associates. they definitely do not want to help. unless i get a phone overnighted, a conversation with a real supervisor i will go public. i am allowed to record whoever records me. i will contact my local media and my **** facebook fiends and my youtube friends. they care and * are close to ***k subs. i cannot allow myself, or others to be dehumanized and lied to. i doubt anyone will respond or care. im contacting corporate and keeping a file of this. so erasing it wont make it go away
