I tried to find my account balance which is on auto-fill - but could not get past the recording. My auto-fill plan has been in existence for years - but there has been some problem and I got notice that my service would stop on August **..**I tried to contact a person at auto-fill but only got a recording. I finally went ahead and bought a second plan from the robot, which will renew on October ** (so I would not lose my phone service).**I do not need two plans. Please let me know if the first plan is continuing as of tomorrow, August **. If so, please cancel the second plan as I do not need it.**My phone number is ***-***-*****but PLEASE, if necessary to phone me, call on my land line - ***-***-****. *I have a new smart phone and am not smart enough to use it yet.*Thank you.**MARILYN V. I DID NOT SOLVE IT! Was the second plan which was to begin or end or whatever in October ever cancelled????? Please, I do not need two auto-fill plans.
