Hello, I am concerned about the matchmaking algorithm on the app. Despite being matched with individuals 13,[redacted] kilometers away, I feel dissatisfied with the service and value for my money. It seems like the matches decline significantly after the first week of using the app. Many users, myself included, notice a pattern where there are numerous matches initially, then a drastic decrease in potential connections. I am unsure if this is a deliberate scheme or an oversight, but the abrupt change in match frequency raises suspicions of unethical practices. I am considering reaching out to the relevant authorities for clarification. Given the substantial investment users make in Tinder, it is essential to address these concerns promptly. The disparity between the initial matches and subsequent scarcity calls for an explanation to uphold transparency and customer satisfaction. As a paying member, I anticipate a thorough response and clarification on this matter.

I have noticed that my account might be shadow-banned on Tinder. Previously, I had consistent matches, but suddenly, they stopped. Additionally, the number of people liking me has significantly decreased. I checked the terms and privacy policies to verify if I unintentionally violated any rules, but found nothing. While the app may believe I did something unethical, I assure you that was not the case. I hope to have my account reinstated and the ban lifted as I prefer using Tinder over other dating apps. Thank you!

On June 4th, I attempted to subscribe to Tinder Gold on their website. After encountering payment errors with my MasterCard ending in [redacted], I tried multiple times unsuccessfully. I then resorted to using Apple Pay on the Tinder app. I reached out to Tinder's customer support on June 11th to request a refund of the four failed $26.99 charges. Although Tinder responded on June 12th advising me to ensure correct payment details and retry, this did not address my refund concern. Subsequent communication from Khloe on June 12th suggested Apple should handle refunds for in-app purchases, which does not apply in my case. To resolve the issue, I am seeking Tinder to credit back the four charges of $26.99 to my MasterCard.

Hello. Today, I found out my account was banned when I tried to access it. I understand that the users monitor the dating app, leading me to believe this is a misunderstanding. I use a profile picture of my fake skeleton named Phteven due to a past stalking incident that makes me hesitant to use my own photo. Although some may mistake my profile for spam, there is nothing inappropriate displayed, nor am I engaging in any solicitation. While conversations may turn flirtatious, they remain respectful. If the issue is my use of a skeleton profile, I am willing to reconsider. Could we please discuss the possibility of restoring my account? I truly value your assistance and understanding. Thank you for your time.

I have been experiencing numerous issues with my Tinder account, and it has now completely stopped working. I require assistance in resolving these issues. A few months ago, a problem arose where most of my matches would disappear as soon as we matched, causing great frustration. The cycle continued with various seemingly compatible matches vanishing whenever I attempted to view them. This occurred so frequently that I eventually ceased swiping due to the disappointment it caused. Despite trying to resolve the issue by logging out and back in several times, the problem persisted. I have researched online and discovered that others have encountered similar challenges, but the suggested solutions did not work for me. Consequently, I abandoned my efforts on Tinder, feeling disheartened. However, I now face an even more significant dilemma. I continuously receive notifications claiming that I have new matches or admirers, yet upon checking, there is no evidence of them within the app. This ongoing issue is distressing as it has negatively impacted my dating, social, and romantic life, causing me to miss out on potential connections. I am seeking assistance to rectify these issues and restore my ability to engage with matches on the platform. Any help in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated.

I recently sent a letter to your team at Swiped Right from [redacted] I wanted to reach out and explain the disappointing experience I had with the Tinder community since its launch. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a contact number to discuss this matter directly. I've decided not to engage with this platform anymore after spending almost a decade searching for a meaningful connection following the Pulse shooting tragedy. The impact this app has had on already vulnerable communities, particularly men, is concerning. Instead of fostering connections, it has turned into a platform promoting EDM music. I hope your company is prepared for the feedback that I will be sharing about my experience with Tinder and Raya.

Hello, I am seeking clarification regarding my Tinder account. Although I received no prior notice, it seems to have been banned. However, I am still receiving notifications stating that my account is in use and active. I suspect that my account may have been compromised as I have not engaged in any illicit activity on the platform. I have observed issues with popular dating apps being driven by automated decisions rather than human insight, resulting in inconsistencies. Numerous complaints cite arbitrary deletions from users who have paid for services, leading to concerns about the integrity of these apps. Could you please provide me with an accurate update on my account status? Despite being assured by a Tinder representative in the past that the issue would be resolved, my account remains inaccessible. I continue to receive notifications and seek clarity on this matter.

Hi, my name is Simon G. I am reaching out to inquire if it's possible to cancel my account and request a refund for the accidental charge made today. Due to my bipolar disorder, I often forget things, and I forgot to unsubscribe. Being a single parent on a Centrelink benefit, I cannot afford this expense. I kindly ask for your assistance in refunding the amount to my account and cancelling my subscription promptly. This situation is causing me a great deal of stress, and I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving it. Thank you.

I purchased Tinder Gold last month, but unfortunately, my card expired, causing my subscription to end on the 14th of this month. I have attempted to update my payment information multiple times with the correct card details. Despite having sufficient funds on my new card, an error message keeps appearing. Even when trying on the Tinder web version, I receive a notification to update my payment method, but the screen fails to pop up. I have refreshed the page and attempted various troubleshooting methods without success.

Hello everyone, Since [redacted], I've been a user of Tinder and have always used it respectfully. However, my account was recently banned for a supposed violation of terms, which I believe to be untrue. I suspect a disgruntled individual, whom I refused to engage with, may have maliciously reported me. I've reached out to Tinder for clarification but have yet to receive a response. It's disheartening that those causing harm can remain on the platform while innocent users face unjust actions. I urge Tinder to review my profile and messages to verify my innocence and reinstate my account. The barriers in place for creating a new profile only add to the frustration.

I want to make you aware of a person named Greg V., who frequently uses various email addresses and is active on multiple dating sites, not only in the US. He often doesn't post his pictures but has been identified on Match and Meetville using both his real information and fake accounts. He seems to have a pattern of engaging in inappropriate behavior, claiming to be a 39-year-old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, yet targeting women aged 18-25. He presents himself as sweet and romantic, sharing stories about his past relationships to gain sympathy, only to eventually engage in sexting and photo exchanges before disappearing. We need to take action against him. His real name is Gregory Voss, and he works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. You can reach him at [redacted]. Some of his email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted].

Hello, I have a couple of questions regarding my experience with Tinder. A colleague suggested I give the app a shot for dating purposes. Though not very tech-savvy, I managed to upload a couple of photos. Unfortunately, one was a poor selfie that didn't show my entire face, and the other was accidentally uploaded showcasing just my chest and abs progress from working out. I quickly removed these and replaced them with a professional-looking picture. However, I encountered two unexpected events that raise my concerns: 1) Upon checking my account a few minutes later, two additional photos were uploaded without my consent: another professional image of me in a coat and tie, and a family photo including my mom and children at a meal. How is it possible for Tinder to upload pictures I didn't select? 2) Subsequently, I received a notification from Tinder indicating that one of my pictures violated their policies. Could you please clarify which photo was flagged? Due to these issues, I have temporarily disabled my account. I seek your advice on understanding how the platform operates before deciding whether to give it another try.

I recently encountered an issue with my Tinder account. I was unexpectedly logged out and informed that I had violated guidelines, resulting in a block. I have not knowingly violated any rules and initially accepted the block. However, I have been unable to regain access to my account since, leading me to believe it was deleted. Surprisingly, a friend mentioned seeing my account in their feed yesterday, despite my block nearly a year ago. This situation seems suspicious, and I am concerned about my account circulating despite being unjustly blocked. I would appreciate assistance in either restoring my access, as I believe the block to be unwarranted, or permanently deleting my account to address these lingering concerns. Thank you.

I had been using the app for a few months, and recently I connected with a woman who messaged me. We went out a few times, took walks, and had a good time. Unfortunately, on our last date, I didn't order any food, and she found it odd, mentioning it. After spending the day together, she texted me saying she thought I was a cool guy. However, after a couple of hours passed without a response, I discovered I was banned from Tinder when I logged in again. I'm confused as I didn't do anything inappropriate during our date. This was my first date from Tinder, and I feel unfairly banned without any valid reason.

I installed the Tinder app on my phone to help a friend find someone, and I only logged in once. I am married and not interested in a dating app. However, I received a notification for a Tinder Gold renewal charging me $[redacted].99, which I did not authorize or use. I am requesting a refund and do not want this subscription renewed. Additionally, my 11-year-old daughter saw a pornographic ad on Tinder featuring three naked women, which has upset me greatly. I demand a refund for the unauthorized charge and appropriate actions taken for my daughter's exposure to explicit content without her knowledge.

Hello, I am a medical student graduating soon and recently encountered an issue with my Tinder account. I was dating someone who became jealous because I was moving out of state to pursue medicine. Without any wrongdoing on my part or any policy violations, my account was banned. I am unable to log in and see that I am still being billed for premium services. I would appreciate assistance in reinstating my account as I believe this ban was unjustified. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Good evening, I have been a loyal customer and love your app. I have never encountered any issues until yesterday. Without any explanation, my account was banned. I am unsure why this happened. If I inadvertently did something wrong, I would like to know for future reference. I am 65 years old and have no intention of causing harm. I simply interact with women over 50, not seeking anything inappropriate. Please reconsider and help me reopen my account. You can contact me at my work email, [redacted] Thank you and have a good night.

Subject: Appeal for Banned Tinder Account Hello Tinder Support, I am reaching out to address the issue of my account being banned recently. I had created the account about a month or two ago with the intention of having casual chats and sharing memes with others. Although I didn't have a personal profile picture, the account garnered positive attention for the memes and engaging conversations shared. While I understand the rules, I believe the ban may have been a bit harsh. If the account is not reinstated, I respect that decision; however, if it could be unbanned, I would consider using it differently in the future. You can contact me at [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Shane

Dear Tinder Customer Service, I am writing to seek assistance with accessing my account. After months of being away, I recently reinstalled the application and created a new account using my old phone number +[redacted][redacted] and my email [redacted], which I had used before. The app is functioning well, but my profile does not seem to be visible to other users as I have not received any matches for days, unlike my usual experience of multiple matches daily. I have attempted troubleshooting steps like logging out, reinstalling the app, and even using a different email, but these have not resolved the issue. Could you please advise me on how to address this? I am open to providing a new email address and phone number, but I would prefer not to change my phone. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Ties Ngatyo
