I am a Tinder Gold member and have followed the troubleshooting steps provided in the emails, including logging out and back in, and deleting and reinstalling the app. However, I am still experiencing the same issue where I am unable to connect with the Tinder community system. I am unable to match with people who liked me, and when I send messages, I do not receive any responses. I believe there might be an issue with my profile connecting to the system. I have updated my pictures and am using the latest version of the app. I have even purchased super likes while maintaining my Tinder Gold membership. I have been trying to contact Tinder since last weekend, but the responses I have received do not address the issue effectively. I would appreciate any assistance in identifying what might be wrong with my account or with the Tinder system. Thank you for your help.

I experienced an issue on Tinder where a match messaged me, but I couldn't see the message despite following their instructions. Subsequently, my match disappeared, yet I kept receiving notifications about a message. Tinder claimed it was a delay due to the match unmatching, but I disproved this by sending them screenshots of the notifications. Unfortunately, I received no response. I had a paid gold subscription that didn't work for two weeks, leading me to delete and reinstall the app to reconnect with the problematic match who confirmed sending the messages. Furthermore, I purchased a boost package with three boosts, but the third one is missing, and attempts to restore the purchase have failed. Today, after re-purchasing the gold package, it didn't come with the promised free boost. It's frustrating paying for a service that doesn't work correctly, and I've noticed similar complaints from other users online, which is disappointing.

My subscription renewed for 30 days instead of one month without any prior notification. I had intended to upgrade to the next tier but was not given the opportunity before the payment was automatically processed. Upon realizing this, I promptly upgraded. I would like either a refund for the automatic payment or a prorated amount for the upgrade. I just paid $20, so charging an additional $30 is not ideal. Kindly reimburse the automatic payment or adjust the later payment as soon as possible. Currently, I have paid $50 when I only owe $30. Please rectify this and notify me once it's resolved. For reference, my account is linked to the phone number [redacted].

I received an email from Tinder ([redacted]) offering one free day of Tinder Gold. However, after redeeming the free trial, I am unable to access my Top Picks. While this is not a major issue since I used to get one free Top Pick daily as a free member, I am interested in restoring this functionality. Every time I try to access the Top Picks section on the app, I receive an error message saying, "something went wrong" and "try again." Clicking on "try again" just brings up the same message. I attempted logging out and back in, but that did not resolve the issue. Could you please advise on how to restore this lost functionality?

Hello, I have a special request, rather than an issue. I met my boyfriend on Tinder about 3 years ago, and our anniversary is approaching. I recently got accepted to appear on a Canadian podcast called GrownUps Read Things They Wrote As Kids. He had never listened to podcasts before, but as a longtime fan, it was one of the first things we bonded over. He used to listen to it during his drives between New Brunswick and Nova Scotia to see me in college every weekend. Unfortunately, I changed my phone number over the years. Could you help me find our old messages by July 10th? He will be attending my performance, and it is on the same day we met three years ago! Although I never believed in love at first sight, he has stood by me through the toughest times, and I intend to spend the rest of my life with him. I am Erin Anderson. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you, Erin Anderson

I placed my Venmo account on my profile as a joke after seeing others do the same. I didn't realize it would be seen as solicitation. Getting banned without a warning feels harsh. I didn't mean any harm or hate; it was meant as a harmless joke. It wasn't done with malice. Seeing others do the same made me think it was a funny trend. I hope similar accounts were also banned. I believe I deserve a second chance since I didn't intend to disrespect anyone. This was a one-time mistake and I assure you it won't happen again.

I was using my mobile phone to browse through Tinder when my grandson briefly got a hold of it. Not wanting him to see what I was doing, I quickly took it back. Later, I received emails from iTunes and Tinder confirming my accidental subscription to Tinder Gold after my grandson inadvertently pressed the middle button. My bank informed me that £[redacted].99 was deducted from my account. I reached out to Tinder and Apple to address the issue. Being a pensioner on a fixed income, this amount is significant for me, and I humbly request a refund as a gesture of goodwill, understanding that this purchase was unintentional. I have taken steps to prevent this from happening again. Going forward, I will be cautious about in-app purchases. For further communication, please reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]4. Your understanding and assistance in this matter are greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jill Duval.

I am still receiving likes even though I've tried to delete my account. I want my profile removed completely but I can't seem to access my account anymore to do so. Whenever I attempt to delete it, a new account seems to be created, and now I believe I have two accounts. I've reached out to Ashleigh multiple times for help in deleting it properly, receiving a response only the first time. Despite this, I continue to get likes and haven't received assistance in closing the account. My Tinder name is Kate. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] (likely the first one). My cellphone number is [redacted]. I'm located in Hermanus, South Africa, and I receive likes daily. Please assist me in accessing my account and deleting it properly.

I was messaged on Instagram by someone asking if I had Tinder. I replied, "No, I'm 15, why?" They mentioned seeing a profile with my name (Josie) and pictures from my Instagram. I'm worried about my security and privacy now. I'm unsure what details are in the account and if my personal information has been disclosed. Can the account be removed, please? Thank you.

I signed up with my phone number and email, created an account, and swiped through profiles. However, after 2-3 days, my Tinder account keeps getting deleted automatically. I tried to log in again, but my account was deleted, and I had to sign up again multiple times. Tinder keeps deleting my account repeatedly. I was considering purchasing Tinder Gold subscriptions, but how can I do that if my account is deleted every few days? What is causing this issue? Please investigate this matter and provide a solution via email. Thank you. Hoping for a prompt response from the Tinder Team.

Hello, I recently set up my Tinder account and upgraded to a paid membership. I didn't receive any likes or messages for two days, but then suddenly got about [redacted] messages and matches. I began responding to my matches, only to receive a ban message shortly after. This experience has been very frustrating and exhausting, especially considering the discomfort and payment for the premium service. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I may need to seek legal advice regarding Tinder.

I am experiencing an issue with setting up a new Tinder account because my phone number has been banned. Despite not violating any terms of use, Tinder claims I have. In February, I had an account with a few hiking photos and no profile description. I even upgraded to Tinder Gold. After a month with no matches, I deleted the account and canceled Tinder Gold via the Google Play store. Now, when I try to create a new account, it says my number is blocked for violating terms I didn't breach. Tinder's responses to my emails have been unhelpful, simply stating my number is blocked with no explanation or appeal process. I desire for my number to be unblocked so I can use Tinder normally.

Hello, I would like to discuss the cancellation of an account that was created using my daughter's name. The person who created this account has been sharing my daughter's Snapchat information. Additionally, they have falsely listed her age as 21 when she is actually 17 years old. We are currently involved in a police report regarding harassment from a local girl and her mother. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you, Kathy Connor.

Good morning, I attempted to log into my Tinder account today, but I received a notification stating that I have been banned? I am confident that I did not violate any rules, so I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with an explanation. I am subscribed to Tinder Gold, so not being able to utilize the service is also resulting in financial loss for me. It would be upsetting if I am unable to retrieve my previous matches. Kindly respond to me promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

My account got deleted, and I am almost certain that it was done by a homophobic individual. They even went to the extent of contacting my parents about my profile settings. This is completely unacceptable. Tinder should not support such behavior and should be inclusive of the LGBT+ community. I have reached out via email but have not received a response yet. I would appreciate it if I could link my Facebook or phone number to create a new profile. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with the app as it does not display any matches or likes within my preferred distance range. Despite attempts to troubleshoot by logging out, changing preferences, and deleting the app, the problem persists. I suspect that the algorithm may be faulty, leading to outdated information influencing profile ratings and displaying users outside of my set range. The issue of consistently seeing profiles beyond the specified distance of 40 miles and having a high number of likes displayed inaccurately at over [redacted] is frustrating. I believe my access may have been restricted based on my I.P. Address or other tracking methods, which I have never tampered with. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly to enhance my user experience.

Hello Tinder, I am writing to address the recent banning of my account. I am hoping for assistance in potentially reversing the ban. I usually create a new account after some time of not getting matches to start fresh. In this instance, I mistakenly entered the wrong birth year, indicating that I was born in [redacted], which is entirely false and was an accident. I would appreciate any information on how to rectify this mistake and have my account reinstated. Feel free to ask me any questions for clarification. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with Tinder. Recently, the app stopped loading properly, and after logging back in, I was surprised to find out that my account had been banned for allegedly violating community guidelines. The only thing I can think of that might have triggered this action is a harmless joke image I shared involving a salt shaker in front of a mirror while wearing black shorts. Being a Tinder Gold member, I am frustrated to see my subscription going to waste due to uncertain reasons. I simply want clarification on what went wrong so I can avoid similar mistakes in the future. The complexity of guidelines can make it challenging to pinpoint the exact error, leaving me feeling unfairly penalized. Clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I joined Tinder on my phone using a different phone number while in Australia ([redacted]). Since returning to Canada, I got logged out and couldn't log back in with that old number. I had to create a new account with my current number ([redacted]44). I lost access to my old account with all its matches. I need to delete the old profile to activate a new Tinder Gold subscription on my new account. The app store says there's an active subscription on the previous profile. My request is to delete my old Tinder account linked to [redacted] and enable Tinder Gold on my new account ([redacted]).

Dear Tinder and Apple Support, I am reaching out regarding my recent experience with in-app purchases on Tinder, Bumble, Match, and Hinge. Over the past three years, I have spent upwards of $3,[redacted] on boosts, likes, and subscriptions. To my dismay, I have realized that despite my investment, I have only encountered fake accounts and individuals who are not genuine matches. This has left me feeling disheartened and taken advantage of. I am a loyal member of your platforms and have rarely requested refunds in the past, but this situation has compelled me to seek a resolution. I kindly request a full refund for all my Tinder purchases as I believe I have been misled and let down by the service. I hope to receive the necessary support to address this issue and regain my trust in your services.
