I had a Tinder account, but one day when I tried to log in, it said I was banned. So, I created a new account with a different number, but it got banned a few days later too, which is frustrating. I reached out via email, but they only said I violated their policy without explaining how.
What's really bothering me is that I keep receiving notifications about likes and interests despite my accounts being banned. If my accounts are no longer valid, why am I still getting these notifications? It's confusing whether my profiles are still active or just used for display. If they are banned, they should be taken down. If they are kept for Tinder's member count, that's disappointing.

I matched with someone named James on Tinder. His profile indicates he is 23 years old and lives 67 kilometers away. He claims to be a professional bodybuilder, part-time trainer, and bouncer seeking a serious relationship. After exchanging numbers, I discovered on 01/07/[redacted] that his photos and information are fake. He even created a fake Facebook account of a supposed friend. Worried about his deceit, I want to ensure others are not misled. I can provide proof if needed. My name is Danielle Brown on Tinder, aged 22, located in Wisbech. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Danielle Brown

I recently joined Tinder and had a positive experience until my account got banned. As a gay teen in the South, it's hard to meet others like me. Tinder helped me connect with compatible people seeking relationships. Despite following the rules, using genuine photos, and being of legal age at 18, my account got banned. I suspect it's due to looking younger than I am. I'm disappointed and seek assistance in restoring my account. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Concerned about Account Ban
I was surprised to find out this morning that my Tinder account was banned. I want to clarify that I have always followed the terms of service and have never engaged in inappropriate behavior on the app. I recently became a Tinder Plus subscriber and have accumulated nearly [redacted] matches without ever resetting my account, unlike many users. I am quite frustrated by this ban as I have always used the app appropriately. I am seeking assistance to understand why this happened and to potentially get unbanned from Tinder. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently created an account on this app but it was banned after just three minutes. I suspect it was because I used a picture from Cyberpunk [redacted], which may have violated your terms of service. My intent was not to offend anyone, and I had planned to delete that account and create a legitimate one. I have used your app before without any issues. I'm not concerned about the banned account, but I kindly request that my phone number be removed from the ban. I intend to become a paying customer and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I hope this is the first and last time we encounter this situation. Thank you in advance.

My Instagram account appears to have been compromised, possibly through its connection with Tinder. My phone was taken over, leading to unauthorized access to my banking, email, photos, and even creating a Tinder account without my knowledge. I was alarmed to discover suggestive content on this account as several people informed me about it. I tried to log in out of panic, and I appreciate that the account was promptly banned for me. Unfortunately, I now realize I have lost access to Tinder due to this ban. I am eager to rectify this situation and regain access as I enjoy using the app. My tech advisor suspects the link between Tinder and Instagram facilitated the breach. I apologize for any inappropriate content that may have been posted. I hope to resolve this matter swiftly. Thank you for your help. Regards, Jamie.

I deactivated my Tinder account a few weeks ago due to losing interest in the app. However, canceling my Tinder Gold subscription through online banking proved challenging. Despite receiving an email on 04/07/[redacted] indicating non-renewal of my subscription due to insufficient funds, I recently discovered an unauthorized deduction of £13.99 from my account by Apple for the Tinder Gold subscription. This was unexpected, as I hadn't been using the app and was under the impression the subscription was halted. Having lost my iPhone in June, I was unaware of the ongoing charges. I am unable to afford this charge and request a full refund of £13.99. I have not utilized the app or its features since deactivating my account. I can provide documentation of my blacklisted iPhone if needed. I urgently seek a resolution to this matter, as this expense is burdensome for me currently.

I want to bring to your attention a user named Greg Voss. He is known for using multiple email addresses on various dating sites, often without revealing his picture. He has been spotted on sites like Match and Meetville using real and fake accounts. Greg, a 39-year-old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, tends to target women aged 18-25. He presents himself as a sweet and romantic individual, sharing stories of his past and gaining sympathy, only to then engage in sexting and exchanging misleading photos. He frequently uses texting and burner apps to communicate with women. We have identified his workplace as Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, where he resides in Adamsville, Alabama. His real contact number is [redacted]. Some of his known email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. Please, let's take action against his deceitful behavior.

I logged into Tinder last night and was surprised to find out that my account had been banned for violating the terms. I am confident that I did not violate any guidelines since I have been using Tinder since [redacted] without any issues. I always make sure to adhere to the rules and guidelines, and my only interactions involve politely declining inappropriate advances. It's frustrating because I was having a good conversation with someone before my account was banned, and now I won't be able to reconnect with them. If I can't have my account reinstated, I would greatly appreciate being allowed to create a new one. Your assistance in this matter would be highly valued.

Hello,
I have reached out to Tinder for the second time now. After moving from Canada to India, I unintentionally deleted my Tinder account linked to email [redacted] and phone +[redacted]7. Upon creating a new account with my Indian number (+91 [redacted]) but using the same Facebook account ([redacted]), I faced issues immediately. Despite purchasing Tinder Gold and Tinder Plus, I cannot swipe right (getting Error [redacted]) and have not received any likes despite updating my profile with nine pictures and a bio. This is unquestionably an error, and even though I have invested in premium features and boosted my profile, my account is not functioning correctly.
Although I was informed in an email response that it might take time to resolve, it has been a week with no improvement. There appears to be a persistent issue with my account. I am hoping to resolve this promptly. Could you advise me on the necessary steps to fix this problem? If possible, could you reactivate my initial deleted account to avoid further complications?
I am disappointed with the current service I am experiencing and would appreciate your help in resolving this matter to fully enjoy being part of the Tinder community once again. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Keith,
I previously had a Tinder account registered with the email [redacted], which I stopped using two years ago. Last week, when I tried to use it again, I encountered issues with the old payment methods and matches. Due to payment problems, I decided to delete the account and start anew, purchasing a Tinder Gold subscription on July 4, [redacted]. However, the account did not function correctly with swipes and matches, so I followed guides to delete it, clear it from Facebook apps, and create a new one using Bluestacks on my PC. Yet, the problem persisted, leading me to delete the account once more and create a fresh one with the email [redacted], and a new phone number and Facebook account. Upon using the "Restore purchase" option, my subscription transferred to the new account without inputting any data. Despite this, I am still unable to get any matches, as confirmed by a friend searching for my profile. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving these account issues. Thank you.
Best, Keith

This morning, I was exchanging messages with someone and they shared their phone number for WhatsApp. I planned to download the app later and chat with them. However, when I tried to retrieve the number, all our chat history was gone. Even after reinstalling the app, the conversation vanished. I left a message on their feed but later found out they disappeared from there too. This is frustrating as it's not the first time this has happened recently; a few days ago, I lost over 10 conversations that reappeared after I reinstalled the app. Can someone please help me understand what is causing these issues?

It's frustrating that Tinder doesn't allow photo sharing. Many of us on the app are shy and find it easier to communicate through memes. I wanted to share a cute picture with Japanese writing with someone I just met, but the app won't allow it. Please consider adding this feature, as most users prefer to share memes over nudes.

When I initially created my Tinder account, I was only 17 years old, unknowingly breaking the rules and resulting in a ban due to a report from a classmate.
Now that I have turned 18, I am able to verify my age by providing a picture of my driver's license. I truly wish to regain access to my Tinder account as I find Bumble less exciting. As I am about to start college, I am eager to connect with people.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I'm new to using the Tinder app, and I recently tried to pay for an upgrade to view my matches. However, whenever I entered my card number, I repeatedly received an error message stating that something went wrong. Consequently, I continued attempting to make the payment 12 times without success or receiving a digital receipt. Upon checking my bank card statement, I noticed that payments were indeed taken by Tinder. I am seeking refunds for the unintentional 11 purchases as my service was not upgraded. I have a bank statement to support my claims. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly as I feel concerned about the situation and may need to escalate if not addressed in the next 24 hours.

I previously had a subscription to Tinder Gold through Google Play that had a payment issue due to insufficient funds in my account. After updating my payment information on the Tinder app, I got an email confirming the purchase directly from Tinder, not Google Play. Later, when funds were available, I was charged again for the same subscription through Google Play, not Tinder. I was not informed that the payment was for a different account even though it was linked to the same email address. I believe I am entitled to a refund for one of the charges. I have tried contacting Tinder twice with no response and was unable to get a refund through Google Play. If I do not hear back soon, I will escalate the issue with my bank, although I would prefer to resolve this matter directly with Tinder.

I have reported the same person multiple times, but it seems they keep creating new accounts. I want to bring attention to a user named Greg Voss. He is known for using various email addresses and being active on multiple dating sites, not just in the US. He often doesn't use a profile picture. I have come across his profiles on Match and Meetville, where he sometimes uses real information but also creates fake accounts. Greg Voss is a sex addict who frequents dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to engage with women. He utilizes text and burner number apps to solicit photos from women, usually targeting individuals aged 18-25. Despite being a 39-year-old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he manipulates women by portraying himself as sweet, romantic, and a victim of his past relationships. He deceives women by sending fake photos and misrepresenting his age. Please take necessary action against him. His true identity is Gregory Voss, who works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and resides in Adamsville, Alabama. You can reach him at [redacted]. He also creates accounts using burner app numbers and various email addresses, such as [redacted].

I recently purchased a subscription for Tinder Gold on July 10 to access all my likes. However, I'm disappointed with the service. The app lacks customer service information, so I'm reaching out here for help. Tinder indicated I had 14+ likes, but after paying £26, I only see 8, which is misleading. Additionally, while navigating Tinder Gold, I accidentally swiped away 3 likes. Could you please assist in restoring my original likes from today or guide me on how to retrieve them from my trash? I also can't find instructions on how to message my likes as there's no clear icon for it. I'm puzzled by the absence of customer support within the app. Your assistance in resolving these issues would be appreciated. Thank you, Richard.

I have been banned from Tinder for 7 months now without any explanation. Despite reaching out multiple times via email and this website, the lack of response and customer service from Tinder is extremely frustrating. I am unaware of any wrongdoing to warrant this ban and find it disappointing that no warning or clarification was provided. Please address this issue promptly by explaining the ban, lifting the restriction, or risk losing customers to competitors like Bumble. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated after months of waiting for a resolution. It is important for Tinder to improve its customer service to retain users like myself who are willing to subscribe. Your attention and cooperation on this matter are crucial.
