Hi there. I have recently signed up for a Tinder account (phone number * ***-***-**** and email address * *****@***.com). Since submitting my payment last night, I have tried numerous times to login on the app, and keep getting logged out. I am asked to enter the phone number to login which I do. However, to check the code I have received, when I go to my texts and return to the Tinder app, it appears that I am already logged in and the option to enter the code is no longer available. I proceed to looking at the matches, but I keep seeing the screen which appears when the app is searching. My search parameters are set to *** miles and any age range, plus I live in Houston where there are numerous Tinder users. However, no matches are found. When I click on top matches, I am shown about ** profiles and if I select and like any of them, I get an error message that says there was a network error due to which the transaction did not go through. I have tried clicking on "Trouble logging in" and logged in via the link in my email. However, even then, I run into the same issues. I have checked my location services settings also, and that is set to "Always". So I am not sure how to fix this error. I tried deleting the app from my phone *-* times and reinstalling it, but have run into the same issue each time. Please help.
