I matched with someone two days ago, messaged her, and then she disappeared from my matches, leading me to think she unmatched me. Surprisingly, she replied to my message today, which I read through my phone notifications. When I tried to respond shortly after, she was gone from my matches, and our chat was missing from the message field. Her reply seemed genuine and not like spam, indicating a continued conversation. I've tried various ways to fix this issue, such as using Tinder on my computer browser, logging in and out, and reinstalling the app, but to no avail. I even attempted to retrieve the notification to respond, but couldn't find a way. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you! :)

I've experienced a strange issue with a match on the dating app. Two days ago, I messaged my match, but then she disappeared from my messages a day later, leading me to think she unmatched me. Surprisingly, today I received a reply from her, which I read through my phone's notifications. When I tried to respond in the app shortly after, she was still missing, and our chat history was gone. My ex infiltrated my account and uploaded some inappropriate photos of me, leading to my account being banned. I'm trying to move on from that toxic relationship, and Tinder was aiding in that process. Losing my account would be upsetting, as creating new ones hasn't been successful without a phone number from a free app, and my Facebook and Instagram are still connected to the banned account. I recently discovered that my Tinder account was banned unexpectedly. Despite carefully reviewing all the terms of use, I am confident that I did not violate any of them. Previously, I had a Tinder account which I deleted when I entered a relationship. Now that I am single again, I created a new account using the same phone number, only to find it banned two weeks later. Tinder is the only dating app I am interested in, and I believe my account was unfairly banned for simply creating a new one with the same number from a year ago. Please try again." I want to clarify that I have not sent any inappropriate messages or violated any terms and conditions. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to report that my Tinder account with the username Faz has been hacked. I created the account just four days ago, and unfortunately, my initial contact on Tinder was with a user named Peter44, who had a profile picture of a 36-year-old female named Coleen. Coleen provided her email address in the tag of her third and fourth pictures and asked to communicate via [redacted] This morning at around 7:25 am UK time, Coleen asked me to confirm my identity by providing a code, which I mistakenly sent to her. Subsequently, my Tinder account settings and profile picture were altered multiple times without my permission. I tried to rectify this but was unable to log back into my account. After unsuccessful attempts to regain access through Facebook, I have deleted both accounts associated with Faz and Faznet68. I kindly request that my mobile number be disassociated from any Tinder accounts until this matter is resolved. I appreciate your prompt assistance in this urgent matter. Hello, I initiated a Tinder Gold subscription on 5th March [redacted]. I wish to cancel this subscription and receive a full refund since I have not been satisfied with the service. I have experienced frequent logouts, which I find frustrating, and overall feel it is not worth the cost. I have previously had success using Tinder and received many matches. However, I believe my account is currently shadowbanned. Despite swiping through over [redacted] profiles, I have not received a single match, even from profiles I wouldn't normally swipe right on. I have previously paid for the monthly membership and found it enjoyable, but now I am reluctant to invest more money due to this issue. It feels frustrating to be unseen and I question why I should continue financially supporting the platform if my profile is not being shown to potential matches. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and the shadowban be lifted to restore my ability to connect with others on the app.

Today, I encountered an issue where I was unexpectedly logged out of the app. Despite having strong WiFi and attempting to use data, I was unable to log back in. Each login attempt resulted in an error message (N:[redacted]) and eventually led me to a blank page. This has been my third attempt to resolve this login issue, and I am frustrated with having to create new accounts due to these persistent errors. I have connected with some matches that I am genuinely interested in, and I would be disappointed to lose these connections because of a technical error.

1. Two days ago, I encountered profiles with inconsistent photos and names on Tinder. After clicking, the displayed person did not match the profile. Later, the issue seemed to resolve itself. 2. Yesterday, while trying to delete a profile, I noticed a layout change on the app. Despite tapping on "unmatch" and "not interested," the profile remained. I attempted multiple times to remove it. 3. There is a problem with my Apple Pay email not matching my Facebook email, resulting in payment for Tinder Plus without access. I prefer separate emails for privacy and security reasons. This issue is limiting my use of Tinder, affecting us both. I use an iPhone 6S.

My cousin used my phone to set up a Tinder account. Initially, he had great matches, but after deleting the account and creating a new one, he only got a few low-quality matches. I recently started using Tinder for the first time with the free version. After about 10 days, my account was unexpectedly deleted for breaching the terms of use. Admittedly, being new to the platform, I may have unknowingly violated some guidelines due to not thoroughly reading the terms. Hello! I need assistance with my banned Tinder account. Despite following all rules, I encountered users asking for sexual services on KakaoTalk. I made it clear I'm not interested and use Tinder for friendships and possibly a relationship. One user threatened to report me while another insulted me. Recently, I went through a breakup and my friends jokingly included my PayPal in my Tinder bio leading to my ban from the app. It was meant in jest, and I'm disappointed to be banned without warning. I would like to request the reactivation of my account as I am eager to use the app to meet new people. Around a month and a half ago, I got banned from the platform. I had been puzzled about the reason for the ban as I claim to have never sent any inappropriate messages. However, I did admit to occasionally taking screenshots of girls' photos and using a tricky method to subscribe and unsubscribe from Tinder Plus. I see now that these actions go against the rules, which I clearly acknowledged in the Terms of Service. I realize my mistakes and understand that these behaviors could have led to my ban. Moving forward, I acknowledge that I need to abide by the regulations and won't repeat these actions.

I am experiencing a couple of issues with my Tinder account that need attention: 1. I am unable to locate the end date of my 1-month Gold membership. 2. The purchased superlikes are not working correctly, as I keep receiving an error message saying "Failed to Superlike" for many profiles. 3. Despite purchasing two or three 1-month Tinder Gold memberships, the app often shows up blank. 4. On seven occasions, all my matches vanished without any explanation. 5. I am requesting a refund for one month of Tinder Gold membership and one set of 5 superlikes due to malfunctions. I enjoy using Tinder and would like to continue doing so. When purchased features do not work as expected, it is essential to either provide a refund or a replacement of equal value. Thank you in advance for resolving these issues.
