I recall uninstalling Tinder but I later wanted to reuse it, only to discover my ban. I want to express my apologies if I unknowingly breached any terms. My intention was solely to use the app to connect with others in a respectful manner. I assure you that I never engaged in sending inappropriate messages or using any disrespectful language. I genuinely valued the platform for its ability to help me interact with individuals I would not typically have the chance to meet. Please reconsider granting me the opportunity to use the app again. I believe I might be shadowbanned on Tinder. I am currently on vacation and have Tinder Gold. I use it to check who swiped right on me without spending all day on the app. Lately, whenever I tried to match with someone who liked me, I received a "network error" message, and they disappeared from my likes without showing up as a match or in upcoming swipes. After missing out on numerous potential matches, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, thinking it would fix the issue, but I haven't gotten a single match in three days. Upon researching, I discovered that resetting my account might have led to me being shadowbanned. I haven't violated any rules and just wanted the app to work correctly. I paid for Tinder Gold and boosts, but now I'm facing this ban. It's frustrating to be penalized for trying to resolve a technical problem. I hope Tinder can quickly address this situation as I don't feel it's fair to be banned while on vacation. I want to enjoy the features I paid for. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with Tinder that I would like to address. I am from Latvia and after seeing my friends enjoy using the app, I decided to give it a try. However, despite my efforts, I have not had success in getting matches. I have tried troubleshooting on my own by researching online and exploring the Help Center but to no avail. I registered, uploaded three clear photos, and remained active on the app for a week with no matches. Comparatively, on other dating apps, I received matches almost instantly. I suspect that my profile is not being shown to enough people or the right people. The limited number of profiles in my feed and the repetitive appearance of the same profiles have been frustrating. Furthermore, none of my female friends have been able to find me on the app after several days of actively swiping. I have tried various suggested fixes such as updating my profile, deleting and recreating my account, and even purchasing boosts, all without seeing any improvement. I hope to receive assistance and would appreciate a thorough investigation into this matter. Kindly refrain from providing general advice that I have already tried. I exclusively used my Tinder account via the iOS app on my iPhone. When my phone was running out of battery during a chat with a match, I tried to access my account through a web browser. By logging in with Facebook since my phone was dead, a new account seemed to have been created, which was not my intention. After logging out, I recharged my phone and logged back into the Tinder app, only to find myself logged out and prompted to create a new account when I attempted to sign in using my mobile number. Consequently, all my matches and previous messages were gone. Despite deleting the newly created account and following the FAQ instructions, when I tried logging in on the app, it kept asking me to create a new account. My main goal is to recover my original account to reconnect with my matches and reinstate my previous purchases of Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold, which were still active on my original account.

Hello. I purchased Tinder Plus months ago and have been enjoying it. Recently, I decided to try Tinder Gold thinking it would simply add an extra charge to my existing yearly Tinder Plus subscription. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. I was immediately charged $89.00. After contacting Apple to dispute the charge, they resolved it for me. However, upon logging back into my Tinder account, I realized my Tinder Plus features are now unavailable. It seems that when Apple canceled the Tinder Gold subscription, my Tinder Plus was affected as well. I want to ensure I don't lose any data on my account and that my initially purchased Tinder Plus subscription is restored with all its features. Can anyone assist me with this situation?

Hello everyone on Tinder. I am reaching out to Tinder to kindly request assistance. As a disabled U.S. Army veteran who recently lost my spouse, I am interested in trying out Tinder Plus or Gold. However, due to financial constraints relying on a modest VA compensation for my son and me, the monthly cost of $29 is steep for me. I have heard that with unlimited swiping, my chances of finding a match increase. Occasionally, Tinder provides a yearly subscription for $30, but they prefer monthly payments. I am wondering if Tinder's CEO, Mandy, could consider offering me a complimentary one-month membership or reducing the price significantly. If gifting a month is not feasible, I hope to find a meaningful connection on Tinder. I have been using the basic version for a while, with limited success. It has been around three weeks since I've been unable to access Tinder. The app shows only a flashing Tinder logo with a blank screen. Despite subscribing to Tinder Plus or Gold with Boosts, I have not received any boosts after the initial day. I no longer find the Gold or Plus features worthwhile. Please cancel my Tinder Plus or Gold subscription and ensure no charges occur for any future renewals. I request a refund for the period since Tinder stopped functioning, estimated to be around three weeks ago, approximately on February 10, [redacted]. There has been a lack of boosts following the initial ones as well. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Tinder's enhanced services due to these issues. Tinder needs to focus on fixing its basic functionality, based on the common problems reported online. Tinder should prioritize improving their service reliability. Thank you. Jay A. Giardina

This is my second account on Tinder, and I have followed all the guidelines without violating any rules. However, my previous account was banned due to what they deemed a risque photo, even though other users post similar content. I've only had this account for a few weeks when suddenly I was logged out due to a supposed inappropriate issue (code error [redacted]), which I believe is unjustified as my account had nothing inappropriate. It's frustrating to see other profiles with actual inappropriate content still active while mine got blocked. I have not repeated any mistakes from my previous account, and I have been respectful to my matches. I do not understand the reason for banning my account. Despite being unable to log in, I still receive email notifications of likes, matches, and messages. It's confusing to receive notifications when I can't access my account.

I had an iPhone XS Max and was using Tinder to connect with others who shared similar interests, whether for friendship or dating. After setting up my profile with pictures and a witty bio, I upgraded to Tinder Gold for £27.99. Unfortunately, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and now cannot log back in. I haven't violated any guidelines by posting offensive or inappropriate content. I would greatly appreciate it if my account could be unblocked or unbanned as I was genuinely enjoying my interactions on the app. Starting over would be disappointing as I had built connections with users I wouldn't want to lose.

Since installing Tinder, I've been receiving notifications constantly. However, for the past three days, I haven't received any notifications. It seems like there might be a glitch or the app has shut down. Although I can still swipe, I haven't matched with anyone in three days. To troubleshoot, I reduced my maximum distance to 1 mile and swiped right on about [redacted] profiles, but still didn't get any matches. I have matches on both Tinder and Snapchat. I asked my Snapchat matches to message me on Tinder, but their messages didn't come through, indicating a technical issue. I've seen similar concerns online where users reached out to tech support via email, but unfortunately, I can't find a way to contact them.

I recently encountered an issue with the Kelly app. I allowed a friend to use my phone number to sign up, and now my account has been banned. The reason provided was that the phone number was previously associated with someone who violated Shell's rules. My friend followed all the guidelines and has never violated any rules. It is unfair to ban someone just because they unknowingly have a number that belonged to someone with a concerning history. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding. I would like to address some issues I have encountered while using Tinder. On multiple occasions, I have been banned after standing up for myself when insulted by women on the app. Despite being called derogatory names and told I need professional help, I was the one penalized for defending myself. Good morning, In January this year, I resumed using Tinder after a break since [redacted]. I recall setting up a new profile in [redacted] rather than using my old one, titled "Samantha." Recently, I matched with someone named 'Giles' around 26th Feb. Despite planning to meet, we didn't exchange contact details before I encountered issues with the app. Attempting to reply to his last message led to a send error. The conversation thread indicated all messages came from him, even the ones I sent. Following failed attempts and glitches, I logged out and lost my new matches and "Sam" profile. Despite logging in with various methods on different devices, I keep reverting to the old "Samantha" profile, losing all progress. Concerned Giles may have unmatched due to my disappearance, I believe it's an issue on my end. To reconnect with him, I modified the old profile to start anew and potentially match with Giles again.
