I was trying to simply look at the options for subscriptions and ended up authorizing a purchase with the accidental tap of a finger. ... I was scrolling through tinder and hit rewind to see what would happen, took a look at what the subscription description was and accidentally pressed "Continue" to buy one ( I did not want to purchase anything) and then immediately tried to exit the app but my fingerprint on the home button (iOS) resulted in a confirmation to purchase * month tinder gold. It has been two days now and I am worried about my options for a refund and cancelling this subscription. I think a fair resolution would be to refund the purchase and cancel my tinder gold, it was a purchase made by mistake.
This was especially frustrating because I could not go back to manage my subscriptions and cancel it fast enough, once the purchase was authorized then tinder gold was activated.
They could make this right by ending my subscription while I have only had it for a few days and refund the purchase.
I have used Tinder for over a year now and was curious to see what options they had for subscriptions.
I tried going to the iTunes store to have the purchase refunded but I got caught at dead ends.
