Hello. I've been using Tinder for a while now, but I am currently unable to access my account. An error message pops up with different numbers like [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted]. After looking up the error, it seems like my account might have been deactivated due to a complaint. I have always treated women with respect on the app and am genuinely looking for a meaningful connection. I just want to resolve this issue and get back to meeting new people. I'm 37 years old and a single father, hoping to find someone special. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently trying out the premium version of the app. However, I am now unable to use it without providing Tinder with my phone number for verification purposes, which I find unnecessary since I already log in with my Facebook account. I believe this requirement is excessive and not in line with the practices of other free services I use. I did not authorize holding my paid account hostage for additional data collection. While I understand Tinder's need to collect data, there should be clear consent or legal obligation, which seems to be lacking here. I urge Tinder to reconsider this policy promptly as I am uncomfortable giving out my phone number when my Facebook details are already available. I am disappointed and may not renew the premium subscription or continue using the app if this issue is not addressed.

My account was banned with the error message "Something went wrong you are not able to log in. (A:[redacted])." I disagree with this ban and wish to appeal it. After reviewing my chat logs, all my interactions were appropriate and suitable for a pg-13 audience. I am perplexed as to why my phone has been banned entirely from creating another Tinder account when I haven't violated any rules. I would like to escalate this matter to corporate. It is frustrating that there isn't a way to speak with a real person to resolve this issue. I urge Tinder to reconsider banning my phone for a seemingly unjust reason.

I created a Tinder account yesterday using my phone number, set my preference to "women," and encountered an error (code [redacted]) before making any matches. I tried logging in through Facebook, but all my settings reset to default (men). I previously had a Tinder account two years ago, which I deleted after entering a relationship. After not receiving any matches for an hour, I was logged out and received a notification (code A:[redacted]) stating my account was permanently removed due to misconduct. As a TV host, my profile was professional with links to my Instagram (@asaucypan) and IMDB. I recently deactivated and reactivated my Facebook, and I suspect this might have caused the issue. I carefully selected my profile pictures, aiming to make a good impression. Following a friend's advice, I included a humorous childhood picture. However, I unknowingly violated Tinder's guidelines. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account due to error A:[redacted]. After investigating, it seems my account may have been reported because someone else has been using my photos and reputation under the names "Garret" and "Joey" to engage in inappropriate behavior. Despite being a dedicated user of Tinder for two years, having made numerous connections and amassed over 2,[redacted] matches, I have encountered no issues until now. I am a paying Tinder Gold subscriber, and I have a suggestion for improving the app. Currently, users have to wait for matches before they can send messages. As there are many users on Tinder, and not all of them are paying subscribers, it can be challenging to connect and interact with potential matches. I recommend making Tinder function more like the dating app Badoo, where users can send messages to anyone they are interested in without waiting for a match. This would enhance the user experience and make it easier for paying customers, like myself, to engage with others directly. It would be great to have this feature so that we can communicate with the people we find attractive without solely relying on matching.

Hello, I have been using Tinder regularly since May [redacted], and I recently upgraded to Tinder Gold. Despite following the guidelines, swiping on a significant number of profiles, and using all the paid features, I have not received any legitimate matches. I even conducted an experiment with friends on the college campus, and they couldn't find my profile despite actively searching for it. I've read about potential algorithm issues that might be causing this lack of matches. I believe this is a specific problem affecting my account as other users are not encountering me either. I would like to continue using Tinder Gold but would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved.

My account was deactivated due to a photo on my profile wearing a solid black bodysuit with cat ears from last Halloween. The outfit covers all intimate areas but exposes my legs. Despite the picture being removed last week, I reinstated it, which led to my profile being deleted today. I am frustrated as I've connected with great people and feel like I've lost touch. I do not believe my photo was inappropriate and would like to share it for review. I did not receive an email about my account deactivation.

Tinder requested verification of my phone number to log in. After verifying, I am unable to log in at all, even through Facebook, due to error [redacted]. There was no violation on my account. The error seems to be related to a separate account created for a unique situation involving a third party, using a fake name and possibly incomplete Facebook details. This led to a ban on my phone number and main account. Now, after two months, Tinder prompted me to verify my main account via phone, which resulted in a complete lockout due to the [redacted] issue spreading. I had important conversations and connections on Tinder that are now disrupted. The [redacted] ban raises concerns about using real information. This has severely impacted my customer experience with Tinder. I kindly request the ban to be lifted.

My account got suspended, and I'm curious about the reason. Despite providing my mobile number and email for verification on both Tinder and Facebook, which are owned by the same company, I still encountered this issue. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. Upon logging back in using Facebook, a new account was created instead of accessing my old one. I attempted to log in with my phone number connected to my old account, but it redirected me to the new one. I am trying to recover my old account under the username @__masoood, linked to my Instagram account. However, I couldn't find it during the search. There might have been a username change to @__maasoood alongside my Instagram account update, but this username is also not showing up. The email linked to the new account is [redacted], which may have become disconnected from the old one. I suspect my old account was not linked to Facebook since my Facebook photos were not there. Hi, I encountered an issue when trying to access my account using my new phone, which resulted in being logged into an old account on Tinder. I attempted to delete the old account, hoping to access my primary one upon the next login. Unfortunately, I suspect my primary account was also removed in the process. I then created an account connected to my frequently used Facebook account. Tinder asked for my phone number to verify this new account, and without remembering the previous issue, I entered it. Hello, I have encountered error A40303 on my Tinder account. I have found out through online search that this error code signifies that my account has been blocked. I am disappointed because I have always followed the terms and conditions without being rude or posting anything inappropriate. I truly enjoy using Tinder and would like the opportunity to continue doing so. It would be greatly appreciated if I could receive some clarification on why my account has been banned without prior notice. My previous questions are as follows: Can you assure me that apart from other Tinder users, my phone number will not be shared with Facebook, advertisers, or any third-party entities and will solely be used for security purposes as previously stated? Additionally, can you confirm that my Facebook account will not be shared in a similar manner? If you cannot confirm this, your prior statements about the use of phone numbers could be misleading and may be in violation of GDPR guidelines, warranting reporting to the EU. I am disappointed with the app's actions regarding my account. Last night, I created an account using my phone number, uploaded photos, and wrote a brief, non-explicit bio. Without engaging with anyone, I found my account banned when I woke up the next day. Despite having abided by guidelines in the past on Tinder without issue, my new account was deactivated within a mere 24 hours without any apparent cause. This unjust banning prevents me from ever using the app again. The only possible reason for the ban could be my inclusion of a non-explicit Tumblr URL in my bio.
