The issue in GetHuman-danwniel's own words
I just joined Tinder - I thought I signed up for Gold (that was the option I had clicked initially), but apparently I accidentally signed up for Plus.*The $** fee was already charged for Plus. I was trying to upgrade for $** more (it said "upgrade for $***mo"), but instead it looked like it might charge $**.*So I found a help page to ask about it (was extremely difficult to find on the Tinder system), but it didn't work - the captcha didn't connect.*I clicked upgrade and it charged $**!**I just wanted to spend $** more to upgrade to Gold for the month, as it said - I should not have been charged twice! Now $** that was taken needs to be returned to my account! This is definitely what is known as a "dark pattern" in web design!!
GetHuman-danwniel did not yet indicate what Tinder should do to make this right.
