Despite my efforts to sign up using different methods, the issue persisted. It seems the ban may have occurred because of mistaken reports against my previous account, which I find unjust since I have always adhered to the guidelines. I've come across similar experiences online where users faced challenges in resolving this matter. I kindly request the company to review and potentially lift the ban, as I value the platform for meeting new people and overcoming my shyness. Hello, I recently set up my Tinder account using my local Tajikistan number, which is +[redacted]19. I upgraded to Tinder Gold. Currently, I am in a different country and facing issues logging in as the app requests a verification code sent to my old Tajikistan number, which I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive the code via text or call. My Tinder account also isn't linked to Facebook for them to send the code there. I'm looking for one of two solutions: 1. Update the phone number associated with my account to my new Israeli number: +[redacted]22. 2. Transfer my original account linked to the Tajikistan number to the new one created with my Facebook account: Or Shoham. In the meantime, I'm receiving emails about new messages and matches in my original account but can't access them without the confirmation code sent to the old number. I have reached out multiple times regarding my Tinder subscription cancellation request. The subscription management section on my phone has been malfunctioning for months, making it impossible for me to cancel. I have requested cancellation unsuccessfully multiple times, and I even have screenshots to prove it. Please, do not instruct me to cancel via "Manage Subscriptions" because it is not functioning properly. I kindly request that you take action to cancel my subscription, or I will have no choice but to cancel my linked debit card and work on uninstalling Tinder from my friends' phones. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I originally had an account linked to my phone number on Tinder that I used until recently. Following a breakup, I chose to create a new account in order to reconnect with individuals I had chatted with prior to the relationship. This time I opted to use my Facebook account to create the new profile to preserve the previous conversations. However, as my phone number was associated with my Facebook, this new account replaced the original one entirely. Despite trying to log in with my phone number and disconnecting it from Facebook, it keeps redirecting me to the new account. Regrettably, I can no longer access my old account where I shared sentimental interactions. I am eager to retrieve the old account to reconnect with past matches and access those cherished conversations. Is there a solution to restore my previous account? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Tinder account as it continuously redirects me to the Facebook login screen. Upon attempting to access it from my computer, I received error code [redacted], indicating that I have been banned. This is perplexing as I have maintained the same account for over four years and do not violate any of the ban-worthy behaviors outlined by Tinder. The only plausible explanation I can think of is that a situation arose where a match of mine, unbeknownst to me, was in a committed relationship, resulting in his partner harassing me. Once aware of his relationship status, I promptly informed her of the situation. Subsequently, I found myself banned from the platform. I believe I am entitled to an explanation for this action and to resolve any misunderstandings. Thank you for your assistance.

I updated my phone number a couple of months ago but I cannot update it on my Tinder account. I requested for my old account to be deleted so I could create a new one, but it hasn't been deleted yet. The number linked to the old account is [redacted] and the email address is [redacted] Also, I recently purchased Tinder Gold on a different account but cannot access the features. The number linked to that account is [redacted] and the email is the same, [redacted] I need assistance with deleting my old account and accessing Tinder Gold. Hello, my name is Michael. I have been trying to reach out to Tinder for help with an ongoing issue with my app for almost a month now. Despite numerous conversations with Kendall over the past few weeks, the problem remains unsolved. Lately, I have not received any responses to my emails. If my concern is not addressed promptly, I am considering deleting the app altogether. Request [redacted]1. Hi there, I am reaching out because I'm facing an issue with my Tinder account being blocked. I am eager to resolve this matter as it has left me feeling quite distressed. I have always maintained a positive interaction on Tinder and have built good connections until I encountered a troubling situation with a man. He sent me two inappropriate videos and reacted poorly when I declined his advances. Subsequently, I blocked him on WhatsApp as he continued to send me insulting messages. To stop the harassment, I also blocked him from contacting me via SMS and calls. Shortly after, I found myself banned from Tinder. I kindly request Tinder to look into his allegations as I believe I have done nothing wrong except for ignoring his advances. Admittedly, I should have blocked him sooner, but I was preoccupied while watching TV and hoped he would cease his behavior. If I do not receive a response from Tinder and my account remains blocked, I will interpret it as a lack of support against harassment. I discovered a fake account using my name and pictures on July 19th. A friend sent me a screenshot, and it was inappropriate and did not reflect me accurately. I reported it to Officer Chad Brown from Durham, Ontario, West Grey Police, who is investigating. As I haven't received an update, I decided to look into it myself. I have screenshots of the images used on the fake account. Although I asked friends to report it, and it may have been taken down by July 21st or 22nd, I am determined to find out who created it. The account contains disturbing content and a bio that is unsettling. I shared details about the account and can provide screenshots. Please contact me at [redacted] promptly. Lately, I've had difficulty accessing my Tinder account, which is frustrating. I also purchased a one-month Tinder Gold subscription a few weeks ago. Upon looking up the error message, I found out it was due to an alleged violation of the company’s terms. I want to clarify that I have not breached any terms or conditions. I always strive to be friendly and courteous when conversing with my matches. It's disheartening to learn that I won't be able to create a new account using my phone number or Facebook. I recently purchased Tinder Plus, but after that, I suddenly couldn't access my account. This has happened multiple times before. Whenever I pay for the service, I get locked out without any explanation. I have tried contacting support, but the responses have been lacking. I am very upset about this situation. I demand to speak with someone who can provide assistance promptly. I insist on a thorough investigation into this issue. I expect either my account to be reinstated or a refund. I have had negative experiences with customer support in the past, including waiting weeks for a response. This matter needs to be resolved immediately as I am tired of waiting for assistance. Hello, I have been experiencing issues with my account on the dating app for the past month. Despite swiping right on several people, I am not receiving any likes in return. It seems like my profile is not visible to others even though I have Tinder Gold. I have tried using multiple phones, deleting and recreating accounts, but the problem continues. I had previously used Tinder without any issues, but after deleting my account due to a serious relationship, I tried to create a new one. I ran into some problems with my phone number and attempted to use different text app numbers unsuccessfully. Eventually, I reactivated my original number after deleting the first new account and creating another one. I had limited matches and experienced issues with messaging. Despite various troubleshooting attempts, including logging in and out multiple times and reinstalling the app, the problem persisted. After making another "new" account, my matches increased, but I woke up the next day unable to access my account and received an error message [redacted], indicating a ban. I had a Tinder Gold subscription on my iPhone 5 SE with the account ([redacted]77). After getting a new Android device, I registered with a new account using my phone number and no longer with Facebook. Despite this change, I am still being charged monthly via PayPal for the old Tinder Gold subscription. I cannot find a way to cancel the subscription through my iOS device. Hello, I recently tried out Tinder Premium for a 1-year subscription since I will be traveling for the next 12 months. I found it to be disappointing as it did not work as expected, especially in specific regions where I have experience. I decided to request a refund after only 3 days. However, Tinder directed me to process the refund on the device where I initially made the purchase. On that device, I can only manage the Tinder subscription through the Google Play Store. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the payment options, making it impossible to view or cancel subscriptions. It appears that Tinder and Google have created a confusing loop that prevents users from managing their subscriptions effectively or canceling them within a reasonable timeframe.
